The staff were amazing, Donna, Mollie and especially Abbie!

The hotel was clean and the food was good but we did have one issue which was a bit worrying. Our key card wouldn't work, which I know can happen, so my husband went back to the reception. They checked the number and reissued the keycard. We got into the room this time...only to find other people's stuff in there. So for the 3rd time we went back to reception. My point is that I wouldn't like to think other people could get in our room in the same circumstances!! Not hood really.

Lovely clean room, bed so comfortable, I slept like a log 😊. Staff lovely & very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Parking not a problem. Breakfast very good buffet style, all cooked food was hot. Will be back.

Room ok staff are excellent.

Everything fine except a poor breakfast, bacon like leather sausage like tough rubber. Scrambled egg awful. Might have been left on the hot plates a long time.

Staff are very welcoming, room was clean, presentable and comfortable.

Excellent apart from road noise

All good, room ok however laminate floor was freezing with the change in weather

Staff excellent on the front desk ,easy check in ,bar was good room tidy stopped here a couple times now when visiting area always good value

The hotel itself was fine but the location was awful. Right on a road which had non stop traffic day and night. The windows are shocking- they might as well have been open, they did nothing to dim the noise. Don’t go here if you want a night’s sleep.

Was very clean but unfortunately the noise from the busy road outside spoiled the break

Good Location and a basic room. No air conditioning, but a fan was available if requested. Hotel did have some long term/permeant residence too.
