Roomservice: De man die onze kamer iedere dag schoonmaakte was een uiterst vriendelijke en beleefde man. Het deed erg zijn best het ons naar onze zin te maken. Omdat mijn vrouw ziek werd, deed hij extra zijn best. Kwam extra thee brengen, kwam met het adres van de arts en de lakens werden extra verwisseld. Overig personeel: Alles wat we vroegen werd snel beantwoord en er werd meegedacht. In de ontbijtzaal wilde we een plek niet bij de airco. Die was er niet en dus werd de airco maar uitgezet. We zaten zeker met 150 man te ontbijten :-)

Staff very welcoming and pleasant, rooms clean, breakfast very complete, and very well located. To recommend.

Very convenient to all locations of the city. U-tube station is a 5 minute walk. Abundant restaurants including a French eatery serving delicious crepes.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas top , pas trop de choix (manque les croissants, gateaux , yaourts, compotes........). Les serveurs ne sont pas du tout dynamique. Idem pour le bar Atrium , personnel ailleurs , obliger de se lever pour commander les boissons. Du jamais vu la conciergerie payante pour les valises 1 Pound. CHANGER LA MUSIQUE DE L'ACCEUIL C'EST DEPRIMANT. La literie n'est pas bonne, la chambre est agréable surtout demandé côté fontaine et non rue extrêmement bruyante. Chambre a rénover.

We were only in the hotel from about 10:30 PM and I had to leave at 5:00AM. Check in and out was easy, room was comfortable, clean and quiet and it was in a great location for museums and theaters. Price was also good.

Stort hotell men litet, trångt och slitet rum. Sängar på hjul som lätt rullade iväg om man satte sig lite för fort eller snett. Hårda kuddar. Ventilation i rummet obefintlig. När man vaknade efter en natts sömn var fönstren alldeles immiga och likadant i badrummet efter en dusch. Mkt dålig frukost.

Friendly staff, pleasant surroundings. clean comfortable room. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Walking distance to West End is a plus.

Great location, lovely room, excellent breakfast all at a great price

Convenient for Euston station, theatres and the sights. Close to Russell square tube.Smallish room but adequate. Only 1 tea and coffee sachet per person and no biscuits. Toilet roll holder fell apart after one gentle pull. No extractor fan in the bathroom. no yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread selection or pastries at breakfast . Hot food good choice and nicely cooked. Very weak tea seRVED by the waiters, coffee ok. Very helpful staff and service with a smile .

Once finding the way out of the car park to the hotel reception, a porter assisted my wheelchair bound father up in the lift. All staff were friendly, always happy to help and polite. The room was clean, nicely decorated and surprisingly quiet considering how close to the road our room was. We found the beds very comfortable as they were firm, this may not be to everyone's comfort? The only downside to the room was the coffee! To say disgusting would be an understatement, you're better off taken your own. The restaurant staff again were very nice, helpful and attentive. The full English was great, with cereals and fish also available. Once again the coffee wasn't up to scratch but it was at least drinkable. Check out was simple and hassle free. To summarise, a nice hotel with great staff but, please do something about the coffee!!

We went for a weekend my friend and I and we have stayed here before. The rooms are clean and tidy and the bathrooms spotless....the staff friendly and helpful. However three minor complaints 1 our toilet and bath/washbasin were separate Rooms so you had to open the toilet door with unclean hands then go to open the bathroom door to wash them which I felt was a little unhygeinic 2 the toast at breakfast was a little no a lot awful, it was like leather however the breakfast selection was pretty good 3 the bedroom windows seem to be only single glazed and are a little draughty unless you tuck the curtains up around them... We enjoyed our stay over the two nights, we particulRly like the fact that the lifts are pretty quick and we like the night and day bar where you can ever or wine ....which is a great end to an evening out

On arrival staff a bit impolite, room small, heating could not be controlled and television did not work!

Stayed here at the weekend nice big room comfy beds good location . Breakfast was ok but the staff at breakfast could of been a bit more happier ! I work in hospitality and a smile goes along way.

Esperienza abbastanza buona però la colazione, per gli inglesi sarà perfetta, ma per noi italiani direi che è veramente riduttiva. In più non siamo partiti il giorno della prenotazione perché l'aereo che doveva prenderci a bordo non è riuscito ad atterrare a Parma per la nebbia. Quindi ci hanno fatto dormire in hotel e portato a Bologna il giorno dopo. Questo però non c'entra con l'hotel.

Quick check-in, big hotel in a very convenient location.
