Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in London Soho. Die Lage ist perfekt, um London zu erkunden, und trotzdem war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und komfortabel.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir wurden jederzeit herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Zimmer und der gesamte Service waren zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt wirklich sehr schön. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We enjoyed our stay - albeit short - here - only one night. Check in was easy and the room was really nice and comfortable. We were visiting during one of the hottest times on record for London, so it was nice to have air conditioning to sleep in (we didn’t in the place we stayed the prior 4 nights outside of London). Since it was so hot, we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop lounge - maybe next time.

Amazing location in the heart of Soho, but around the corner so it’s quiet. Great hotel, restaurant on site is really good and the rooms are really funky and very comfortable… The beds are amazing….really enjoyable !! please put conditioner in the shower though!!

Great room and great hotel, very arty with lots of cool photos and art on the walls and art pieces. Great breakfast. Great location near Regent street Oxford Street and Carnaby street. Will def stay here again.

Mycket trevligt hotell mitt i smeten.
Började i ett litet rum med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter. Dock högt ljud fr ett event så när jag klagade fick vi en uppgradering som heter duga, vi fick flytta över till en juniorsvit. Där fanns allt och mer därtill.
AC:n var igång när man lämnade rummet så det var svalt och skönt när man kom tillbaka. Detta behövdes då det var över 38 grader här i London.
Här kan jag definitivt tänka mig att bo igen.

Ich mag den Style des Hotels. finde aber, dass bei diesen Preisen auch etwas in die Renovation gesteckt werden könnte. Vieles wirkt in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt.
Die Aircondition ist sehr laut, hat am letzten Tag gar nicht mehr funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, dunkel und hatte kaum Abstellflächen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.
Die Dachterrasse ist eine Oase, super um sich vom Tag in der Stadt zu erholen.

Very nice, clean and well located hotel right between Regent Street shopping and Soho madness. Vaguely rock'n'roll themed. Great beds and linens.
Eat cheap for breakfast down the street at Pret a Manger. Near both Picadilly and Trafalger Circus tube stations.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Soho, close to any shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops you could want. Our room was beautiful, the bed was really comfy, the decor was pretty over the top which we loved, and the air conditioning was welcome in the heatwave. Staff were really lovely and they seem to also have done like a turn down service in the evening as we came home to a bucket of ice and fresh waters, which was a lovely addition. We visited the roof top bar, which was a lovely space, but we didn't eat at the hotel as we had so much else to do. I would be delighted to come back to the Karma Sanctum, it felt like a very special stay

This hotel is in an excellent location but otherwise was a real disappointment for the price. Dated grungy decor combined with poor maintenance makes it feel dark, depressing and a bit smelly. Lighting on stairway and hallways was poor and often felt like we were walking around in the dark. Bed was nice, room itself was OK but furnishings were dated and cluttered, for example - a whole bunch of cushions on the bed that we had to pile up in a corner of the room for the duration of our stay. Staff and service were perfunctory - certainly not warm and welcoming. This is a hotel that seems to be poorly managed and isn't spending enough to keep it contemporary and well maintained.

The hotel is fab and very Central, but I was very disappointed on the Friday morning needing a good sleep, that was ruined by some construction work that started at 9a.m it felt like it was actually in my room, it actually spoiled my stay as I needed a good sleep and a quiet room, also I was disappointed with the price of a glass of white wine £14 on the roof terrace, I don't mean to be negative because the hotel itself is very funky great vibe and great staff. I'd like to stay again but not if there is construction work going on.
