Very basic

The whole place looks like it going to fall down the bathroom that i had the floor was rotted and sinking no central heating just a electric heater very cold unwelcoming and you have the same door key for your room and the down stairs door to getbin and out i would not stay there again.and even the cutains was frayed at the bottom to be honest it was not a hotel it was like staying in a H.M.O house of multi occupancy where the council put single homeless people it should be condemned.

The room was clean and had all the facilities you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money and I would stay there again.

Clean room

The heating didn't work and I couldn't plug the heater in to the mains, it was cold in the room, also there wasn't anyone on site I could speak to I had to go through the clever to speak to the manager. Need someone on site. I was put up on top floor I've got physical health issues which didn't help and no one around to speak to. Communication not good from staff.

I like it here, it's comfortable

I had a really bad experience from the start as the electronic door lock was broken so could not gain entry after 20-25mins we managed to gain access, all though the beds sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases were clean they had what looks like curry stains on them, there was a dirty sock on top of the wardrobe, there was dirty marks, cracks and holes in the walls, the floor had gaps in, the kettle didn’t boil at all so no hot drinks, the plastic window sill cover was loose and broken also the curtains had stains and marks

Very loud occupants and an extremey loud child who was allowed to scream and cry for very long periods

Never again ended up not staying there is was that bad

This is legitimately a crack den. Getting in my room i noticed a hole punched in the wall and no tv...... Its gets much worse, i noticed what looked like a small brown soap in the hole so looked at it closer. Upon looking closer an animal popped down from the top of the hole and flew back up. Still unsure what animal, too big for a mouse, too small for a rat. I realised that small brown soap was actually rodant poison, meaning they are aware they have rodents in the hole and are still putting guests in the room. Asked to change rooms immediately, next room still filthy but did have a TV and no wildlife as far as I found out... to be fair i did hardly sleep and kept the light on thinking i could feel things in the bed from that point

Terrible there was nobody there and no phone reception I had text them to get a number for a key in a box on the wall.when we opened the door it was filthy and smelt damp.The room was grubby and had holes in plasterboard walls .I went outside to ring them to tell them that the room was not up to standard but there was nothing they could do so I asked for a refund and booked in to somewhere else and the picture on the website is from the previous owner and it looks nothing like that now.

The property inside was ok but the surrounding area felt very unsafe

Hotel.com should NOT be advertising this place. Horrible experience. Worst and dirtiest hotel ever. Should be shut down by trading standards. ●Kettle dirty ●Toilet and shower dirty and mouldy ●Walls need full repainting ●Mould Around ceilings

The place is unkept, not what i expected at a hotel

It is what it says on the tin not my first time staying. Cheap and basic but clean and bed was comfortable

Not the best place I've ever stayed in. Decor was poor, only one light in the bedroom and overall a fairly shoddy hotel and I won't be returning.
