Unfortunately guests arrived at 3.30am and were quite noisy and for the next hour someone kept knocking at a door in the hotel and kept us awake. Everything else was fine

The hotel is located right on the edge of the town centre. Room lovely and clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast even though continental has a good selection of foods. Room was in the attic part of the building, quirky but very hot due to the heatwave and had no natural way of cooling, though an electric fan was supplied to help the airflow.

We had a great stay at the Lansdowne Hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. Leamington Spa is a nice little city, the location was great for walking to restaurants and shopping.
