Great location, a few minutes away from the cental station. We enjoyed a comfortable stay and would stay again in the future.

Easy to get to everything we needed clean and tidy all the staff were all very helpful

Room was ok but not ready Breakfast was terrible The same as the last time cold and lots of missing items plus every available table piled up with used dishes and rubbish etc

Check in was busy and took a bit long Room, bathroom and bed all good Only slight downside was no air con Which meant window open but far too much noise to keep open so had to close and made sleeping a bit more uncomfortable That said ideal location and would stay again

Hotel is dated but price compensates and bed was super comfy Most of all the staff were amazing and very helpful & the location excellent

Great location. However room wasn’t cleaned during day and bathroom soap/shampoo dispensers were empty.

Room not tidied & cleaned each day. Some T V channels not working.

There was mould in bathroom The curtains were damaged Marks all over curtains For what I paid was expected better

Filthy marks on side over bed, can’t believe maid did not see it when making the bed. Maintenance guy knocked & tried to walk into the room on the morning & woke us up! Furious as he kept insisting to come in & we refused as we were still in bed. Informed reception. Went for drink in bar & no ibe around, had to go looking for staff at reception to get us & others served. On checking in, it took awhile to get room allocated. Hotel is deteriorating over the years, likely will not be back

The beds are really comfortable and staff are helpful and efficient.

Always book this hotel when I can. However it's dated and needs improvement. Visitors don't always carry usb plugs for there phones and just have the cable. Hotel don't have usb sockets and only option is using back of TV to trickle charge your phone provided TV is on and don't go into standby, reception don't have plugs available or can rent you one even if paid deposit. Older hotels have updated one socket at least to have usb as part of there socket. Another year gone and still no improvement.

The shower head had mould. Very disappointing. In order to have a shower we had to clean the shower head ourselves. Sounds petulante, you are paying for a service, we only had that night. Didn't had time to wait for housekeeping. The bathroom had wear and tear. Not to standards like Leonardo Glasgow.

The building was noisy and the beddings were smelling
