Very dirty..need to clean ...

I was disappointed in the area, was expecting it to be nicer since it is so close to the airport. Finding buses, train etc was good. The accommodations was not as expected as advertised on the website. Communication with the rental office is only by email.

My apartment was in a loft on 2nd floor that felt like a cage. Moving luggage up those narrow stairs was torturous

Although the place was close enough to the airport for my needs, it was showing a lot of wear and tear, and was rather dirty and unclean. The bed was unfortunately two differently sized single beds pushed together, with different firmness, which made sleeping a strange experience. The bathroom did not have a curtain, or anything significant to obstruct water from spilling out onto the floor aside from having a small glass partition that could barely constitute as such. The kitchen was a mess, the microwave had food all over, the oven was entirely unusable, and would produce smoke at the lowest heat setting from all the gunk and oil buildup (from lack of cleaning, of course). You really may be better off booking a franchise hotel that's near by, as there is Moxy and Ibis no more than 3-5 minutes away by foot.

The property is in a good location, with shops near and parking at the rear. Cutlery and cooking thins are limited, but adequate. The flat was not as clean as a hotel when we moved in and we cleaned it ourselves. Generally for the price it is a good deal. You can get a bus right to the door from a nearby tube station, (East Hendon) from Central London. The trip is only 45 mins each way to Sy pauls. I would stay again.

Very well appointed apartment, has everything you need for a short (or not so short) break, full kitchen, including pots/pans/crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils. Big fridge/freezer too (which is unusual!). Dishwasher and washer dryer as well. Internet connection was very good and very usable. Only thing I would suggest is leaving out instruction manuals for the heating and the washer dryer (googled it to figure them out but manuals or instructions would have been useful). Would definitely stay there again, good food nearby (Cafe Moniz is very well priced for high portions of food - Portuguese) and a short walk away is Priya's which was extremely good!).

Apartment was basic and spacious, security door not so secure and definitely could put a little more effort in with cleaning. Otherwise fine for short stay. Thought being near the airport would be crazy loud with planes but was alright... Actually was quite exciting as they fly over very low and you can watch them from bed but the neighbours were insanely annoying. Lots of stomping around in the apartment above until 3-5am both nights and people in the stairway as well as doors banging. A lot of emphasis on not being loud and signage around the building to keep noise level down but it's simply cos of the building. You can hear everything and it's very frustrating if you're looking to relax. Got the impression the neighbour upstairs was a permanent resident or staying long term as they really didn't care for others comfort at night. Good apartment to stay in if you're a heavy sleeper, if not, stay in a hotel. At least they are manned and won't put up with inconsiderate noise levels from others at night

Amazing apartment, so convenient. Beautiful layout. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would love if there was more towels provided and parking.

Lovely stay for a week. Definitely noisy with the airport so close but once the windows were closed, it was relatively quiet. Location is good for the airport and a few local attractions. Well equipped kitchen for a long term stay.

One of the best flats I have ever stayed in, clean, comfortable beds and so easy to check in. Will 100% be staying again.

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The property is very close to the airport. The flat as all the amenities a place would need!

It is a lovely newly renovated apartment, the finishing and furnishing is excellent, advert is not deceptive. Will stay there again if i visit London.
