We stayed here for our kids birthday trip, travelled down from Scotland and right away the staff were so good with the kids and made them laugh so much. They were excellent. Aaron especially took time to really chat to the kids he was brilliant. Friendly front desk staff always smiling. Bar man with skin head and beard was also so great with us all. Excellent stay will be returning on our next trip.

The hotel itself is very clean, modern and classy, with very competitive rates for a Friday night stay. The concierges are extremely helpful. We got into our room late after a long day in London, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The concierge offered us a change of room, sent someone up to clean the bathroom and gave us complimentary breakfasts to make up for the inconvenience.

Family stay in London. Like this hotel as very convenient for the shops/restaurants/train & tube stations. Staff always very helpful particularly the bar staff. Rooms were spacious & beds comfortable. Our room temperature was warm despite the room temp controls being on the coolest setting this was the only downside.

It is a good facility!! But reception staff takes their own sweet time to respond to our calls from room. We asked for a weighing scale and waited for the whole day and night and no response. Yes, this might be a simple request but for the clients this is a major issue.

We booked this hotel for a surprise for our daughter’s special birthday. We advised the hotel of her birthday and they very kingly upgraded her room, had Prosecco, cake & good wishes in the room upon arrival. The room was also ready early. We appreciated this and it really did make her feel very special and added beautifully to her birthday. Thank you so much!

AMAZING SERVICE! Was greeted by a very friendly member of staff on arrival and every part of our stay was incredible. We stayed here due to the convenient location this hotel is based, very close to concerts at the O2. Took about 15 minutes in a taxi to get there so very convenient location. Amazing stay overall!

Really friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Clean hotel with comfortable beds in a lovely area of London, close to the tube line, we stayed in the area as so easy to get to the 02, one stop on Jublie Line. Area is really nice, lots of resturants, shops and things to do and see. Would stop again.

We had a good stay at the Marriott Canary Wharf excellent location for 02 easy to access. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was 5 star! The only downsize was queen sized beds in family room they are a bit small and the other downside for us was our view which was was the back of the hotel not the Thames ..having said that we wouldn’t let these small things stop us booking again ..

We had a wonderful night. Lots to do around the hotel. Staff very attentive and friendly. Room had a damp smell when first opening the door but soon disappeared? Would stay again even though a bit expensive in the bar and the cost for 1 night.
