Located at the west end of Oxford Street. A great location close to Marble Arch underground station and numerous bus stops.

Well it's central and generally ok.

Nice clean room in a very well located hotel where I was attending a function in the area. Good value for that part of London.

Photos are definitely deceptive… it’s not great. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fine! I didn’t feel unsafe, and it was clean enough.. but it’s all a bit of a dodgy setup. London hotel though so they can charge big money. Trying to check out was a hassle - had to phone someone, woke them up, then got told just to leave the keys behind the desk.. It was fine. That’s probably the best I can say about it.

Tout à fait conforme à mon attente. Hôtel ancien mais chambre propre avec une bonne literie. Très bien situé (métro, parc, shopping, restaurants). Personnel agréable. 👍

For location the hotel is perfect just off Marble Arch handy for Hyde Park Oxford Street West End walkable, excellent. The rooms were tiny but just for sleeping in was fine. Beds were clean. Linen was clean and good condition no soap or shampoo in the shower and the room we had had a separate toilet down the corridor, which I hadn’t really noticed on booking - my fault - But was okay for the price. For a cheap night in central London, can’t go wrong. Tea and coffee facilities. Friendly staff - don’t expect to dine in!

I was under the impression that it would have air conditioning, as my search for this amenity included this property. Was very disappointed that it did not. Our first night was on the top floor, and it was extremely hot. We moved the next day to the ground floor, which was slightly cooler, but facing the street, so pretty noisy, since we had to have the window open. The walls of the room were not very clean, but the linens were clean. My bed sloped to the side, since it's against the wall, and most likely used as a couch and bed, no chair in the room, only a stool. Maybe the mattresses should be turned around every once in a while. But the location is great, and for the price, probably can't expect much more. Shower has good temp and pressure.

The staff were friendly and helpfull.The room was clean in all respects and i was able to leave my luggage there after i checked out. Good location and good value

Overall an enjoyable stay, only thing that could be improved is air conditioning rather than a fan fixed to the room wall.

good location, price is fair, this place is for person not picky so if you really want a place to stay is very handy near in train stations and bus stop everywhere, it’s kinda little loud at night but after 12midnight all are good. Not a place for summer coz there is no air conditioner but they provide Electric fan.

We booked this place because it said breakfast was included—but it’s not! When we asked about it, they said we could buy a breakfast pack, but it’s actually cheaper to just eat outside. Very misleading.
