마샴 코트 호텔

비수기를이용 60파운드 정도에 시뷰 발코니룸을 예약. 도착해서 시뷰 발코니룸을 받기는 했는데 홈페이지 사진과는 전~혀 다를 좀 후진 방을줌. 컴플레인을 걸었더니 4층 발코니뷰 방은 다 차서 2층에 발코니 방을 줬다는데.... 발코니 옆에선 로비천장 공사중이고 앞 바다는 건물에 가려서 잘 보이지 않고, 방과 욕실도 사진보다 작았음. 밤에 나가서 불켜진곳을 확인해보니 4층에 빈방도 있는 듯 했음. 뭔가 차별 냄세가 나기는 했으나 하루 있는거라 그냥 넘어감. 시설, 위치는 가격대비 나쁘지 않았으나 다시 방문할지는....

The room was quite large and the beds comfy, one of them had a bad squeak though. The bathroom was tiny, not good for a 4star hotel. There was no hook behind the door for your clothes and underneath the plug chain, which was wrapped around the tap, was black, it obviously had not been cleaned for ages. The booklets in the room looked as though they had been there for years and were well worn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to ask for a couple of things for the room and they were dealt with immediately. There was no a la carte menu in the dining room, just a 3 course menu with choices for each course and you had to have them all. We ate in the bar where there was a choice of pizzas, burgers and a few others. The food was excellent though. There was a service charge added to every purchase, even though it said that this was optional, we were not asked about it, and it was just added on. I don’t object to a service charge, but I prefer to make my own choice of amount and whether I want to pay one or not. The cost of parking was £15 per day, which was a lot to say that we had already paid for accommodation.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was basic but exactly as described. Pool area aas nice. Well located with a great view of the beach.

We upgraded to ‘The Honeymoon Room’ which was a lovely room full of sun overlooking the sea with the addition of a balcony, sun lounger chairs and a table so that we could relax in the sun looking out to sea

Lovely stay! Amazing staff, all extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and heated. The room a little dated but was really comfortable. Great little walk to the beach and pier.

The property has a good view over the sea. Close to the beach and amenities. Stuff were nice and helpful. On the other hand there was no AC inside the room which made the stay difficult especially at night. The windows were stuck and we could not open it fully. For the cleanliness i was expecting more from a 4 star hotel. The towels sometimes were stained and the carpet is too old. Overall it was okay but too expensive for what was provided.

The reception staff were very polite and happy to help. Including the gentlemen working by the pool. However, my family were shouted at by the pool to take our take away meal away to the bedrooms. We had been eating for sometime and were happy to eat our food in our rooms, however we did not appreciate the tone and mannerism from one of the reception staff who had told us off. We believe there is a certain way guest should be spoken to especially when we have come on holiday. The individual who spoke to us could have approached us with more respect with a better tone. We all felt like we had just be told off by an head head. Unfortunately due to this interaction we will not be comfortable staying at the Marshall Court Hotel. Otherwise the hotel has a great location near the beach and restaurants.

We stayed 4 days at this hotel. We loved every bit of it. The staffs, the service, the cleanliness as well as the facilities. The amenities are amazing, and to be more specific, my kids loved the pool. The location of the hotel is so convenient, whether anyone would like to go to city center, or beach or just wander around the area, every place is easily accessed from the hotel. Bus stops just around the corner, train station is nearby, all city attractions are nearby and easily accessed. We r definitely returning back next summer.

There was a lot of thought into sustainability and being eco friendly. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the decor wasn't tired or outdated. However our room definitely needed air con, being on the top floor and the room was a sun trap which made it enjoyably in the evenings but uncomfortable at night. The fan provided was a little help but it was very dirty.

Can’t understand how this hotel can be rated 4 star.should be max 2 star. Hotel badly in need of maintenance. Reception and bar area has worn carpets,. Lift had dirty walls and rubbish in door tract. Restaurant at back of hotel most unattractive with cheap chairs and tables. Rooms small with terrible small bathroom. Impossible to adjust the water temperature. Great location. Opportunity for major hotel group to buy the hotel, demolish and rebuild a hotel justifying the prime position.

Great hotel, lovely pool, friendly staff. Chose to eat in the retreat instead of restaurant & the food was tasty & reasonable. Hotel within walking distance of Bournemouth restaurants

Good place to stay. Very friendly to pets. No complaints
