Room was clean, but too small. Breakfast was not good.

깨끗하고 역이 가깝고 주변환경이나 교통이 최고였습니다. 서비스도 친절하고 조용하고 방도 좁지 않았어요

공항 이용 및 유로 스타 이용시 패딩턴역 주위라서 어디든지 이동하는데 불편함이 없고 여러 명소를 다니는데 큰 불편함이 없음 조식 뷔페 이용시 음식 가지수가 많지는 않으나 영국식 조식의 기본 음식들은 다 구비하고 있어 이용시 나름 괜찮음

시내와 멀지 않고 호텔 주변은 시끄럽지 않아서 좋음. 칫솔과 치약은 개인적으로 챙겨가야함.

전반적인 평가는 아주 좋음. 단지 문제를 말 하자면 오버부킹이 걸려서 체크인 할때 문제가 좀 있었음. 한국인 직원 근무

Das Hotel war im Grunde sehr gut und für England auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Allerdings waren die technischen Einrichtungen in unserem Zimmer nicht auf Stand. Die Türe des Kleiderschrankswar kaputt und ließ sich kaum öffnen und die Lüftung im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert.

Friendly and attentive staff. First floor room with small window facing a wall, small, warm, tiny unvented bathroom but a nice big bug to keep you company, but don’t worry there is a Nespresso machine to give you coffee in the morning – or wait that doesn’t work either. not their fault, but of course they complete the experience. There were screaming nosey kids upstairs jumping off the bed and landing on our ceiling.

Elevator was out of order for over 24 hours… it was tough for guests on the 5th floor. Management posted signs, apologising for this… they certainly should have done more, to compensate this inconvenience

Room was TINY- I have seen bigger small rooms on cruise ships. Air conditioning did not work our entire 6 night stay. Complained multiple times to the front desk and nothing was done. Apparently the HVAC crew just decided their own hours and couldn’t be bothered? Only on my checkout, when I complained for a 4th time or more, was I even offered a fan. They never mentioned it any other time and I complained at least 3 times.

Stayed here as a result of a failed booking elsewhere. Expected somewhat luxury at 500AUD a night and got a mouldy shower. Mentioned it to reception and got food vouchers. What I would have preferred was a clean bathroom. Overall for the price? Not happy.

Très beau sejour

Great location near Paddington Station—super convenient for getting around. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked a standard king room, which was fine for what we needed. Just a heads-up: rooms are smaller than what you might expect if you're used to U.S. hotels, but it worked well for our three-night stay. Daily housekeeping was consistent, and the fridge was always restocked. Overall, a great experience. We’d definitely stay here again.

Considering how short a walk it is from Paddington station, the location is a really quiet cul de sac. Very convenient for onward travelling in London.
