머큐어 옥스퍼드 이스트게이트 호텔

외관상 오래되었지만 방상태도 좋고 저는 좋았습니다. 물론 방위치에 따라 엘리베이터로 못갈수 있으니 그건 알고 계셔야합니다. 조식부페는 다른 주변식당에 비해 맛있고 옥스포드 시내 구경하기도 좋은 위치입니다.

Overall, bad value for money. The building is very old, the room/bathroom smelled like sewage/mold, doors shut loudly, AC didn't work, the front office staff were not very helpful, and no grocery shops nearby. For the price I paid, I expected somethig better.

옥스포드 시내와는 먼 편이 아니여서 괜찮은 편이었습니다 하지만 호텔의 서비스는 호텔에 비해 떨어집니다 엘레베이터가 되는 곳만 있고 짐은 셀프로 갖고 올라가야하며 방은 사진과는 달리 너무 작았습니다 돈을 더 주고 큰 방을 했는데도 불구 하고 다른 호텔의 더블 방하고는 별 차이가 없었습니다 청결도는 깨끗한 편이었지만 호텔의 서비스라도 좀 신경을 쓴다면 훌륭한 호텔이 되지 않을까 합니다

위치나 시설은 편했습니다. 1인실이라 다소 방은 좁았지만 있을건 다 갖추고 있었고 아침식사도 맛었습니다.

고풍스러운 분위기로 1인베드 방 사이즈는 작은편 입니다. 화장실은 모던하고 깨끗하게 잘 정리되어 있습니다. 편안하게 잘 쉴 수 있었던것 같습니다. 직원들은 친절했고요. 시내 중심은 아니지만 비교적 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 걸어서 10분이내에 중심가로 갈 수 있고요. 아침식사는 조금 비싸다고 생각됩니다만, 서비스는 좋은 편 입니다. 호텔 로비와 붙어있는 Bar는 조용하고 편하게 이야기를 나눌 수 있는 아늑한 분위기 입니다.

중심가에서 가깝고 조용하고 깨끗한 방이예요 유럽이라 역시 방 작아요ㅡㅜ하지만 주위 분위기가 모든걸 좋아보이게 만들어주는듯함

Hotel looking a bit tired , carpets etc ready for a revamp .. felt expensive .. overall ok though

Hervorragende Lage, dehr freundliches Personal. Aber für Gäste mit Gehproblemen nicht geeignet. Der Fahrstuhl war teilweise nicht nutzbar, die Treppen eng.

I was very impressed with the staff. Friendly and professional. However, everything that came out of the kitchen was cold. Coffee or burger etc. COLD. Not warm. Cold. Also the banisters and handrails going up to the room, black with dirt. I don’t think they have ever been wiped down. Carpets were clean but the hoover stored on the landing. Pack it away. I don’t want to feel like I’m entering dorm rooms on campus. Bathrooms clean. Room a bit small for a twin but ok. Would be useful to have a mirror any place where the hairdryer can reach.

No temperature control and extremely hot. The windows had to be opened to let some air in despite the icy conditions . We left a day early due to this

It was the first time my wife and I were able to get a night away from our toddler in over a year. We wanted a night to relax and unwind so we picked the Mercure hotel as we expected a standard. Unfortunately it seems they spent more money on decor than they did the building itself, with almost no soundproofing. The result was an upstairs room which woke us up almost every hour especially from 4.30am. We could hear every footstep, toilet habit, muffled conversation and then their TV. At 6.30am we eventually just packed our bags and drove home only having about 2-3hours sleep.

Really friendly staff. Room comfortable & great shower. free breakfast was tasty with good options. Noisy the first morning with builders working opposite hotel and the very small corridors meant that you could hear other guests coming back if they were inconsiderate and talking loudly (Woken up at 1:30 and 3:30). Poor range of drinks in bar and no bar snacks. Never actually saw anyone in there or in restaurant. However, plenty of options outside and would stay again. Convenient for where we needed to be in Oxford.

Well located in Oxford, not too far from parking or the city

Staff friendly. Hotel in a great location for exploring Oxford. Bar cold and had neither Prosseco or Pinot Grigio lacked atmosphere as empty. Bed very comfortable and good quality linens. Bathroom needed a deep clean

I chose this property for the price and its location which was close to my daughter’s college. Since we would be traveling with lots of luggage, I had made sure to book a hotel with a lift. However, I didn’t find a step free access from the street to the lobby, and when we were given our room keys we realized it was in a wing of the hotel which was located down a staircase. (Not what I expected and I didn’t think to ask for a different room at the time.) Other than that, this property is in a good location, was clean and quiet.

Really comfortable, clean and quiet room within a short walk of everything you’d want to see in Oxford.

Overnight stay for works Christmas do. The room was ok. Tired and in need of decorating. Noisy because of the road outside. Disappointing lack of parking although we knew that before we came. Made life difficult!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Oxford. We would stay again.
