The rooms were above pur expectations, staff were friendly and not overbearing, after a day out sightseeing it made us like forward to coming back to a nice relaxing place for a perfect night's sleep, rooms had everything we could have asked for and more , massive comfy bed and just a relaxing vibe altogether it all.
Would even go to say probably the best hotel ive stayed at by far.
Would definitely recommend it, uou wont be let down

The staff weren’t very accommodating at breakfast time, the breakfast area was dirty as 7:30 in the morning.
Bar staff are slow and inadequate
I had to leave my stay two days earlier because my boy became very poorly and I had to get him home urgently. Hotel wouldn't refund any money and they didnt even refund the two breakfast for two people I had paid for either.

We had booked the best type of room this time, but were disappointed the 'fridge was missing(!) - just an empty space, as we specifically needed one, which we had in the previous Prestige room to keep some fresh soft fruits cool, to be taken to a sick relative. There were also no coffee pods. Having said that we will stay again .....

The breakfast set up could be better organised, there is a lot of walking to be done to find everything. The cooked meats could be cooked a bit longer. The jam dispensers require strong arms, what happened to individual servings?

The hotel is right on the sea front with lovely terraces with tables and chairs. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy with air conditioning and all the amenities that you will need. I have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again cannot fault this hotel .

The hotel & staff were great & the food was really good.
Unfortunately there was a maintenance issue & we were allocated a different room for the first of two nights. We were assured we would be contacted during the following morning to advise that we could move, but unfortunately we were not & only when enquiring at 19.00 did we find out we could’ve been enjoying our especially booked room all day. We were then woken by a prank caller on the internal phone, pretending to be from reception to report that several guests had complained about the (adult) noise we were making.
This was not the hotels fault but it was the icing on the cake (!)
It’s a lovely hotel & the room we originally booked was superb.
We ate in the restaurant & all the food was really good.
The staff were attentive & professional it was just unfortunate that communication broke down somewhere.

The hotel was excellent - a modern hotel with excellent furnishings. Housekeeping went out of their way to help. The serving staff were personable and helpful but the service at meal times was slow because there was not enough staff. Down side was the poor control of parking (cost £15 per night) and I witnessed one customer very irate because his car was blocked in. If the hotel charges to park a car, they are duty bound to control the parking - cars were parked outside of marked bays and the bays were too tight for modern cars and parking was consequently very difficult. Overall the impression was that the facility was excellent but some staff were still "bedding in" and kitchen/dining room processes need reviewing. The breakfast was busy and customers were milling around and people were carrying jugs of boiling water...this lack of control is an accident waiting to happen.

The room was not cleaned to high standard, the corners and edges in the shower room were dusty and stained. It’s a shame as the place is new and will depreciate quickly if not kept up to good standards.
The room is really nice and a very comfortable bed, we slept so well.
My partner loved the telly!
Staff were fantastic, very helpful. Cannot fault them.
Breakfast was disappointing, a lot of food but blunt and not inspiring!
Car park is more expensive as compared to little hotels nearby costing only £5 a day.
