Great location, friendly helpful staff

Easy bolt-hole at the heart of Soho. Cosy room is exactly as described- tiny but fit for purpose for our night out in town. Well decorated Soho vibe. Really liked the little cocktail bar downstairs

Always aim to stay here when in London for 1-3 days. Great value. Brilliant shower room and hugely comfortable bed. No frills but perfect for busy days in the city.

Mimis is great. Go to when in London

Mimis is top. Central Soho, quiet as hell rooms and not a bad price. You could sleep for days but pop outside and you're back in the hustle n bustle.

We stayed at Mimis hotel for one night. The location is excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The room was cimpact but perfectly designed. We had a windowless room which was quiet and really cosy. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was beautiful quality. The bathroom was small but perfect. There is a really lovely bar downstairs with a nice intimate atmosphere, perfect for couples. I really liked Mimis and would definitely return. Only downside is although there is a Nespresso coffee maker in the room there was no kettle or teabags. If i stayed again i would bring my own. Also there is only one plug socket which made it difficult to charge our phones. That said i would still recommend this hotel.

The Mimi hotel is located in a fantastic location, right in the middle of Soho. We booked as a treat for a night out at the Pizza Express Jazz Cub and the Mimi was 1 minute walk from the venue - Ideal! As other reviews stated, the rooms are tiny with no wardrobes/storage. I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay, for a comfortable room for a night its good enough. We stayed in the annexe, which was a couple of manures walk from reception and bar, which was fine for us, as we already had dinner and breakfast sorted, but may be a minor inconvenience for others. A couple of minor niggles was that the TV didn't have sound on BBC1 and the telephone, which chirped every minute or so and had a bright green light that we had to cover over with a hand towel. PROS: Location, comfortable and toasty warm. Blackout blinds were essential. CONS: Tiny, tremendously expensive. Quite loud due to external noise (we were on the 1st floor) and incessant telephone chirping.

The smallest room ever.

Couldn’t fault the service. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Great location and quiet rooms. My only niggle was my tv kept switching off, despite being looked at. I’m sure this will be fixed and plan on returning. The mattress was a little hard for my liking.

Lovely front desk staffs and very helpful. Room was very small as I expected but so lovely and clean and comfortable. Definite recommend to my friends and family.

My 2nd time here. Don’t mind the tiny room, but the lighting in the bathroom is terrible. It’s the only improvement I would suggest. Great location, friendly staff & nice bar.

RUN!! This place SUCKED! It took hours to check in. They put me in a tiny room which is located two blocks from the hotel. It was THREE FLIGHTS of STAIRS with luggage. No elevator. It was a remodel but it was old and dingy. The bathroom was tiny. It is located over a Karoke bar with music blasting. AC sucks. RUN!

Brilliant, quirky wee room. Though small was very well thought out. Staff were brilliant and bathroom finishes lovely. Will be back

I've stayed here many times - this time I was a single bed which was comfy but it only had one pillow which made sleeping difficult - the bedding was lovely and fresh and yet just one pillow

I stayed at this property during my first visit to London for 3 days. I found it very strange that the rooms are away from the hotel. You have to walk a block away to be able to find your room in another building. The rooms are outrageously small, it barely fits two people. We stayed in the suite with a small balcony and was very hard to move around with our luggages in the way. The worst part was the restroom it was so small and it had a smell of sewage the entire time. The AC did not work during our stay so we slept with the balcony door opened to get cool air , but felt unsafe doing this as it had access to the roof. They sent a technician to fix it but it never worked. The only positive thing about this property is the proximity to Chinatown and all of the other central areas. Everything was walkable. But for the amount of money that we paid, I expected something more comfortable and a bit more convenient. My advice is to find something else.

The location of this hotel is absolutely outstanding, right in the middle of Soho. The rooms are very small, but they offer all the space you need if you’re efficient with them. I actually had a room with no window and I’ve never slept better in a hotel. But claustrophobes beware — 7 m² is a very small space.
