I don’t even know where to start. My whole stay at the hotel was amazing. The service was impeccable, and the whole staff was so kind. Whenever we had a question they always went the extra length to make sure we had everything we need. The rooms were beautiful and clean. And let me not even get started with the spa and gym. honestly the best hotel I’ve stayed at and definitely coming back to!! I recommend this hotel to everyone thinking staying here. Honestly the staff need a raise for the great service!

Montcalm East Autograph Collection exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. A huge thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday extra special, with thoughtful touches in our beautifully decorated room. The room itself was superb, equipped with everything we needed, including a heated bathroom floor. The spa was a relaxing oasis, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was an excellent choice. Breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide selection. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and attentive. We can’t wait to return!

The Breakfast was amazing. We were greeted so welcomingly by all members of staff. There was a lot of positivity in the building and it showed. Definitely one of my favourite London hotels now.

This was an amazing hotel to stay in London. It's a couple of minutes walk from Old Street station. Breakfast options with Pret-A-Manger, right around, along with Starbucks and McDonalds 24 hours. Breakfast option at the hotel was pretty good as well. The staff was super helpful and in our case, our younger son got locked out of the room, while with his elder brother sleeping in the room and the staff helped out with an extra key in the most timely manner and my son was very happy that they took care of him promptly.

Très beau hôtel, situé à deux doigts d’une station de métro et d’un arrêt de bus.. La piscine et toutes les activités à eaux (spa,hammam…) étaient top, très propres. La chambre est très jolie, grande… le lit est super confortable ! Le seul petit bémol est le petit déjeuner, nous nous attendons à mieux, cependant les produits étaient plutôt de bonne qualité. Pour le prix d’une nuit à presque 400€ je ne serais pas dire si cela vos un détour ou pas, mais l’expérience était très réussi de mon côté pour ma femme.

They were not only attentive and supportive throughout my stay but also went above and beyond when I needed them the most. Unfortunately, I felt unwell on my last night, and the care and hospitality they provided were nothing short of amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, ensuring my stay remained as pleasant as possible despite the circumstances. This level of service has left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely be looking forward to staying at Montcalm East again in the future. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines elegance, exceptional service, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests, I cannot recommend Montcalm East highly enough.

Subject: Wonderful Stay During My Girlfriend's Birthday Weekend I wanted to share our fantastic experience during our recent stay for my girlfriend's birthday weekend. Before our arrival, I had arranged for some special birthday treats to be placed in the room, and everything turned out perfectly. Although the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, the staff member who checked us in was incredibly apologetic and kindly offered us a complimentary drink while we waited. The delay was actually due to them wanting to ensure the room was set up beautifully, which it absolutely was. My girlfriend was thrilled when she saw the wine, cake, roses, and balloons. The room itself was spacious and featured a large, comfortable bed. It had all the amenities we could possibly need, including some thoughtful extras like ear buds, which I’ve never seen in a hotel room before. They really thought of everything! The pool and spa area were also wonderful, and it was a nice touch to have robes provided in the room, which we wore down to the pool. The location is ideal, with easy access to Shoreditch and the city. If you're driving, be sure to check for free parking on the side roads near the hotel during the weekends. Overall, it was an amazing experience with excellent service, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our weekend so special.

Lovely hotel, fantastic friendly staff, lovely spa (that was actually properly clean!), professional without being fussy would definitely recommend to all.
