MSM 아레나 호텔

This property is awful, it shouldn’t be allowed to be called a hotel. I arrived with my 2 young daughters as we were attending a concert at Wembley. We had booked for a 2 night stay. On arrival we saw a tatty doormat outside and the property looked really grubby and unkept, there was also tape around the doorknob/lock. As we walked in, the hallway was cramped and the stairs leading to the first floor were covered in the filthiest carpet. I had to provide photo id which the receptionist took a photo off which I thought was really odd, then she told us our room number and gave us a code to the front door which was also the code to our room and I assume other people staying there also had the same code to their rooms and front door. Our room which was meant to be 3 single beds was a small double and single. The valance on both beds was filthy and stained, there were hairs on the single bed and the towels were dirty and stained, there was a big hole in the ceiling and to the side of the wardrobe there was crumbly plaster and open pipework and no floorboards. My bathroom tiles were so dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. My daughters felt incredibly unsafe there and I knew I couldn’t stay there with them, I managed to get a last minute booking at a travelodge for £150 less in a better location. I’m going to try my hardest to get a refund as I felt all the reviews I’d read before booking are 100% fake, there is no way anyone that has stayed there has had a positive experience.

Would highly recommend anyone to stay here, nice and cozy staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Absolutely would not recommend. I arrived late at night with a confirmed booking and was then told over WhatsApp that I needed to send an extra £50 deposit plus around £40 in fees before they would even let me into the property. None of this was clearly stated on the booking site beforehand. What made it worse was that they refused to let me come inside and pay there. As a solo female traveller, being left outside at night in the cold being asked to transfer money over WhatsApp felt extremely sketchy and uncomfortable. I genuinely did not trust the situation at all. The whole check in process felt unprofessional and stressful and I ended up leaving because I no longer felt safe staying there. I expect better from Expedia as well to host such a place on their site. Will be very hesitant to use this company again after 10 years of loyalty it really has gone downhill.

Nice quiet hotel considering there’s a very busy road outside.McDonalds and Lidl close by which was good for our breakfast and snacks for train ride back to Hampshire,we would stay there again,bus stop literally outside the building which is also a good bonus!

Really nice helpful staff, nice comfy room

Slow check in as overflowing car park, waited at desk for 10 mins before a member of staff checked us is. Showed us to room and were made aware of a broken tile in the bathroom - were okay with this but may have been dangerous as just pieces of loose tile left in the gap. Bed was very comfy and well made but duvet has a couple of stains on the white sheets. Wardrobe was a bit tatty inside, looks as if it had been damaged slightly. Was also a fair bit of staining on the walls

Staff were pleasant enough , the place just seemed like it was put together by someone with no idea of the very basic requirements for a hotel

Lovely stay! place clean and friendly staff

Made to wait outside for 45 minutes, shown to room that looked okay at first glance but the bathroom was disgusting, floor was dirty, bedding had marks, light on ceiling was stuffed with tissue? And someone kept letting themselves into our locked room! Just wish we managed to get more pictures

It was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. Also, the bed is very comfortable.
