오틀랜즈 파크 호텔

Enjoyed our stay at Oatlands and was allocated a quiet room as was requested. Didn't feel however that the room was as good as the last time we stayed- the little touches like the shower cap etc etc in the bathroom were missing this time - though there was shampoo soap and bodywash. As the room was on the top floor it was quite warm at night . The fan on the AC could not seemed to be turned down and so was too noisy to sleep with the AC on.

Good hotel for London access

We had a comfortable stay for one night. The bed was very squishy and very comfortable. The en-suite was small which is not a problem but a shelf or sink with worktop would have been good as there was nowhere to put toiletries etc. A bit of a strange smell in the downstairs corridor but nothing that affected our stay. All good, nothing to complain about except the fire alarm which went off about 1.30am causing a bit of shock and panic. Lovely breakfast though which was just perfect.

The only down part of our stay was breakfast Hot food slow to be replenished so quite a wait with people standing around .. only some parts at a time was replenished and whilst waiting for the rest of the dishes original parts got cold …

Lovely hotel in a charming garden setting. Front desk and wait service staff are very pleasant and helpful. Some difficulty with our bathroom as there are no grab bars at all. Also, bathtub is very deep and not easy to get in and out of safely.

Location quiet and pleasant atmosphere

There aren’t many good options in Weybridge for accommodation. We stayed at Oatlands for 8 nights - spread out over 2 visits during our uk stay. Pro’s - # kids loved the buffet breakfast # Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Con’s - # reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. On both check ins gave poor instructions on our rooms location and how many stairs to get to the rooms. We were travelling with 4 large suitcases plus 4 carry on bags and no lift at the hotel. # The grounds of the hotel were very run down. No grass due to the hot summer, piles of dirt dumped near our room on the 2nd stay. # terrible smells of bad drain and mould in main parts of the hotel. I noticed one diffuser to try to mask it but the smell hits you and is awful.

Lovely hotel, beautiful environment, but very very small bathroom with not even enough space for a soap dish by the sink or the shower.

Lovely hotel in great location.

Very nice room with lots of space. We enjoyed our time at the bar for an evening cocktail and snack. Breakfast was nice each morning and had lots of offerings.

The executive room was lacking a few details such you would expect e.g. a fridge, safe and there was basic tea/coffee making facilities etc. The window glass was cracked and dirty, hidden behind a blind. The bed was comfortable, the towels not big and fluffy. The restaurant menu was limited and expensive. Breakfast items were only just acceptable and not of a particularly high standard. Service in restaurant only just acceptable. Reception staff were very helpful friendly and efficient.

It’s in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore. But hands down, the highlight of my stay was the breakfast! There were plenty of options to choose from, including healthy choices and hearty favorites. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were warm, attentive, and made mornings feel extra special. Highly recommended for anyone who values a comfortable stay and a top-notch breakfast experience.

A classy hotel

Overall happy though it seemed on check in ( 1pm) our room was not ready which half expected it’s just everyone else checking in seemed to have their room ready. Only negative drinks and Sandwiches very expensive. Great breakfast though.

Tired rooms. Reception staff superb. Layout of room awkward to use for a couple. Mirror in bathroom too high to see into and mirror in room tucked into a corner. No fridge in room. Shower was terrible, no pressure.

I was pretty happy with the hotel and room. 2 minor complaints, lack of bar staff in the bar area, especially on a Fri night!! They were also arguing about process of their tills which is not a good look in front of guests! I had no hairdryer in my room, and a lampshade by the bedside wasnt working only there for show, as there was no plug socket behind the bed..

Wonderful hotel - apparently it's been recently refurbished. That's according to the taxi driver who took us to the airport. Previous reviews say this hotel is somewhat tired and rundown - IT IS NOT! Our room was wonderful and large (Executive room) which we needed as we had 4 large, heavy suitcases and 4 additional bags. All of the staff were very accommodating - the front desk and bar staff were particularly nice, always refilling me with ice whenever I asked. The hotel has a large FREE parking lot. Short taxi or Uber ride to the train station (25-30 minute walk). Lovely grounds to stroll around. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the London area again!
