The location was lovely & property itself was neat & clean. Keys were easy to find, kitchen well equipped & parking nearby. Entrance decking was filled with moss so slipped the first night in dark. Living room heating didn't work so did bathroom extractor. Found our way around these.. but failed with bath tub. Took best part of a day for few inches of water to drain. Hopefully, these will be fixed for future guests.

Clean and well maintained holiday let. Pet friendly and peaceful.

Stunning location, easy to find, driving upto lodge looks beautiful! Arrived 10mins early at 14:50 and cleaner was still in lodge so went to Bistro for a drink, lovely warm welcome there and great service! Returned to lodge at 30mins later at 15:20, opened doors and floors were absolutely soaked so could not enter the property, had to stand outside for over 20mins before we could access the kitchen! Curtains were filthy, toilet brush dirty with wet tissue, underside of toilet seat had urine splashes, sofas covered in stains and dog hairs, no milk like stated in advert, broken bath plug, struggled to drain bath, which also meant the bath filled up during showers, toilet seat way too small for toilet so you end up sitting on the pan, buttons missing on double duvet, bad sealant all around the lodge, floor lifted in places, looks very scruffy, bathroom window would not open, only 2 pint glasses and wine and prosecco glasses to drink from, not ideal for a lodge for 4 people, Outside furniture had loads of cob webs and leaves on, could have been brushed over! The location and view were luxury, the lodge most certainly not! Very average! Welcome book was left under sink and hidden under things so didn’t find it until 2 days in! I would not stay again. If I wasn’t expecting luxury I probably wouldn’t have been so mad about everything above and probably wouldn’t have left this review!

Our second stay at Old Walls Vineyard in the last few years. Lovely peaceful location with views of the vines. Good position for visiting nearby Shaldon, Teignmouth and Dawlish. Lovely modern, clean and very well maintained lodge with all the required comforts, easy parking - what more could we want!

Beautiful setting and lovely lodge. Staff friendly and helpful. Would suggest being careful with hot tap as it was scolding.

The lodges are amazing, very clean and well equipped at a great location, short drive from Teignmouth town centre. It’s a great base, 10miles from Exeter, to explore South Devon area. Definitely recommend this place.
