this hotel has nice location.

Stayed here for six nights and experienced one of the most horrifying nightmare in my life. Arrived in London without any sleep on the plan for twelve hours, what waited was a heater-broken room, cleaned up yet outdated tiny room. For the second night, I've asked the receptionist to show me how to turn on the heater and this guy showed me how. For more than 20 minutes I couldn't hear any sounds nor any heat coming out from the heater so asked him to come back and see what's wrong. He was so annoyed by the fact that I didn't wait enough time. It was 12am and I had to get my sleep for I had meetings whole day next day. He said I have to wait for the heater to work and said the heater is fine, but after shivering and sitting in the room for 50 minutes, it turned out that the heater was not working. I complained and they changed my room next day, but no one from the hotel ever apologised to me. I would definitely expect, from my previous experiences, that if this kind of thing happens in a hotel, a manager should come and apologise for its mistake. Not to mention that the rooms are very different from the photos shown here, I can't agree that this hotel is actually a hotel. This hotel seems to rent two parts of the apartments and run them as a hotel, so do expect to stay across the street from the reception, if you still choose to stay here.

The room is small but comfortable. However, the room was downstairs so it is hard to move my bags.

Room was great, nice amenities (water, soda, tea, biscuits, etc). Wonderful bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful. Excellent location.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The location and room were fine, clean and safe. For US travelers, keep in mind European hotel rooms are smaller and more compact. I was expecting to be shown up to my room beyond the desk, but instead was told I would be across the street (another building, but same hotel). I was a little taken aback, and had security concerns as I was traveling solo, but everything was fine. Great stay, clean, safe very convenient and reasonable.

No lift, stairs were cumbersome. Very comfortable bed and bedlinens. Clean and quiet. Great location.

Constant banging noise until 1am and started again at 8am. Reported to reception who couldn’t find the cause of the noise. The hotel staff were not very apologetic or helpful.

Great hotel - very small room but big bed, spotlessly clean and SO convenient. I had everything I needed and I would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect for single travellers but also doable for couples! Fridge and microwave there if needed. 👌😄

This property is a complete joke you guys need to be reported in your lack of customer service.

The réception and clean

Great hotel and perfect location. Surrounding area is great for shopping, restaurants and easy access to main tourist places. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. No request was a trouble. Definitely recommend for a short break in London. Very accessible from Kings Cross.

The staff at the front desk was great. The room was as expected.
