Great experince, very helpful staff!

Customer service was terrible to start with. The lady has advised that she is not open on the weekend. We were then taken down to the basement and shown to a 'triple room'. That's about the size of an average bathroom. The smell was awful all around the property. We weren't too keen to stay but it's only 2 nights so we can suck it up. Not until we discovered yellow stains on the bedsheet, bugs and spiders crawling on the bed and pubic hair on the pillow. At that point we decided to leave and book another hotel nearby. I've asked for a refund but they have refused. I have plenty of photos and videos but don't want to gross anyone out. Overall, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, big fat 0 from me. Avoid at all cost!

Det är ett ok boende om man har vägarna till Tottenham Spure Station och inte vill efteråt krångla med tunnelbanan på kvällen med resten av publiken. Sen kan man byta till bättre hotell om man ska bo längre i London. Jag stannade kvar.

Anbefaler dette hotellet for et kort opphold. Fint og rent hotellrom. Gode senger. Hyggelig med gratis vann og te, og brus i kjøleskapet. Noe biltrafikk utenfor vinduet mot veien, men dette er forventet. Eneste negative er at det burde vært gardiner i tillegg til persiennene!

Terrible disgusting

Lovely hotel great location for totenham hotspurs ground for concert also great link to london oxford street and kings cross. Staff lovely and friendly would definitely stay here again.

The room was lovely although paintwork needs attention. The bed was very comfortable; the bedding and towels were spotless and soft. The tv remote and aircon remote didn't work, probably just need batteries replaced. There wasn't any english breakfast tea bags or milk or hairdryer. The toiletries were of a really good quality. The socket in the bathroom needs attention and the view of the 'stuff' outside on the roof wasn't attractive. Overall a little expensive but i would stay again purely for the comfort of the bed and the overall cleanliness.

Wonderful experience

Vi ankom sent efter aftale med hotellet, men det var svært at banke receptionisten op. Værelset var ok, men lå i kælderen med begrænset lysindfald. Seng ok. Badeværelse ok. MEN vi så ikke skyggen af rengøring, tømning af skraldespand eller sengeredning i de tre overnatninger, vi havde. Vi kommer ALDRIG igen.

Nice room, modern. Bed was not comfortable. People were nice. I was happy worth my stay!

I had the superior king room and it was lovely.. very comfy bed, large enough room with a small table and chairs, and a nice bathroom

If you're looking for just a place to sleep then this is fine. If you're looking for "somewhere nice" then this is probably not it.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Stamford Hill with a short distances to local shops. During the stay the hotel was in the middle renovation on their reception and food hall. This is now completed and it looks quite nice. The staff when they are around are not very helpful and speak broken English. If it wasn't for the location of this place it would have got a worse review. What I can say positive is that the hotel owner is very helpful and willing to help anyway possible to make your stay comfortable. If you are not looking for a 5* place but for a great location then this is the place for you.
