Great hotel for a family. Lovely setting, staff were very friendly and amazing service. Breakfast was top notch, great set up for a day at nearby Harry Potter Studios.

Lovely place, very friendly staff and beautiful interior. Superior room nice size. No robes which was not a prob would have been nice. Oddly only lukewarm water in the shower saturday night , plenty of hot first thing in morning though. Plug sockets blew a fuse in the night so tv and kettle out of action which was odd. Restaurant fully booked so had to eat in the bar which had limited choice but was very nice. handy for M25

A very pleasant stay, welcoming attentive staff, very good food, lovely surroundings. Only one negative which prevents excellent: the deeply intrusive vibrations from air con. We switched ours off but we're disturbed by those of neighbouring rooms or beneath our floor. A pity as in all other aspects delightful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pendley Manor and the majority of the experience was great. my room was lovely and I enjoyed my time there. Wish I’d had more time to spend at the Spa. I was there for business and wanted to do some work from the Shakespeare Bar whilst relaxing outside my room. It became very apparent that the WiFi didn’t reach to this part and the staff told me the only way to get WiFi was in the lobby and my bedroom. This was important for my stay and it may not be an issue for others. I will say that I did have a minor accident and spilt a drink on my bed, I came down to apologise and ask reception if housekeeping could change the bed and the woman was rather rude back to me, would have appreciated a less uncomfortable conversation, I felt like i was back in school and in trouble!

We booked a suite, which I personally found disappointing - I was hoping for a 'special' room with character, but it was effectively just a larger version of a pretty standard double. The hotel was nice and the grounds well kept. Quaint, but I was hoping for more of a unique stay as it was our wedding night, but hey ho.

One night stay with children. Room was spacious and impeccably clean. Eve try one was polite and helpful and such a gorgeous selection at breakfast. Beautiful grounds, building and interiors. Would definitely return for a longer stay!

Lovely stay. Beautiful peacocks...yes the birds....outside hotel premisses. Peaceful and calm. A lovely hotel. Only issue are the pillows. Im usually fine with pillows but these pillows were too soft! Ruined my comfort. My children slept fine. Plenty of parking spaces. I cant really fault the hotel other than next time I will bring my own pillows. Also I bring my hair dryer everywhere so im glad I took it with me as hotel room didnt have a hair dryer. I will definitely return.

Lovely building and grounds. Peacocks make it feel special but watch out for the poop! Great shower, good breakfast, average beds. No USB charging in room. Staff all very friendly and gave us food to feed the peacocks. Nice pool but only open to kids at certain times.

Pendley Manor is set on really beautiful grounds, with a charming manor and plenty of peacocks roaming around. We really enjoyed the classic English continental breakfast, which was a great start to the day. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and we slept well, though the layout of the bathroom was a bit awkward, especially the placement of the toilet. On the plus side, the hotel has a sauna and pool, which added to the relaxing experience. The staff were very nice—when we asked for an extra blanket, it was brought to us promptly, and the front desk was helpful. However, the WiFi was terrible, constantly dropping, which was frustrating and meant we had to rely mostly on our phone data. Overall, a nice stay but with some room for improvement.

It would have been easy to have been out off by communication from the hotel before our stay. But our stay exceeded expectations. Staff were incredibly helpful. The swimming pool was great for kids. And the food was very good quality.
