The hotel is located within easy walking distance of public transport. The room was comfortable and generally calm. Reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is really excellent. Certainly one of the best I have used, well provisioned with excellent equipment, water, apples (a really nice touch) and towels. The only complaint is that we had to ask for the room to be 'refreshed'.

IT WAS A GOOD STAY , STAFF FRIENDLY, FUN GAMES , DECENT GYM ALSO... THE HOTEL HAS ONLY THE ONE PINBALL MACHINE, I THINK IT WAS MY MISTAKE BUT THOUGHT IT HAD MORE & INCLUDED THE GUEST ROOMS - BUT SADLY NOT 😥 BUT , I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN ! ALSO , YOU CAN DRINK IN THE BAR AFTER 11 PM ... NICE

Generelt var personalet venligt og imødekommende. Men - Middelmådigt fitnessrum - Ingen hårbalsam og personalet havde heller ikke noget, de kunne udlevere i receptionen. - Ingen andre toiletartiker end shampoo og håndsæbe. - Den ene af os fik en vegetarburger, hvor bøffen har så hård, at den ikke kunne tygges. Dette blev dog undskyldt og erstattet med alternativt vegetarmad. Ellers et meget hyggeligt hotel

Nice hotel but the bed was not very comfortable. Billed as a premium room but had 2 single beds (they were large single beds) but the duvet's were too small for the beds. The shower area had signs of limescale on the shower head and could have done with a deep clean. The door to the room didn't close on its own so had to be careful not to leave it unlatched. Only minor issues but for the price I'd expect better quality TBH.

This is my second time staying here and has always been very good. It was still good, but I was disturbed alot by the neighbour next door talking incredibly loudly on his phone. Also, I would have liked to not receive an email the day before I am due to check out, asking me to check out online. I think it takes away from your experience of being away if it feels like the hotel is rushing you to check out.

Nice hotel but the room was a little tired with signs of wear and damage. The heating wasn't working and I had to advise reception who left a portable heater in the room. It's surprising how often this happens in other hotels, not just here, and suggests a lack of maintenance.

The blackout blinds could be better on the street-facing side of Oxford Road, which can be busy with 2am revellers. However, the room was clean, the shower was good, the bed was comfy, and the staff were helpful and kind.

L’isolation phonique de la chambre est très médiocre, tant par le vitrage utilisé que par la porte de chambre mitoyenne. On entend à la fois les bruits de la rue et les voisins. Pas de nettoyage journalier de la chambre.

Room was clean and tidy, plenty of space. Towels, toiletries are provided. The room also has a kettle, tea, coffee, and a smart TV which you can cast to. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is plenty of lounge space and activities on the ground floor. Lovely stay!
