일정이 바뀌어서 갑자기 하루전날에 잡은 숙소. 3층침대는 공포 그자체엿는데 1층은 나름 괜찮앗다 직원들이 친절함

The worst hostel, It was my 5th visit to England though. 최악이에요 절대가지마세요 화장실도 최악입니다. 더러워요. 청소한 모습을 본 적이 없어요. 그리고 무서움. 위치도 안좋고 불편해요 정말 싸게 1박할거아니면 가지마세요..

Never recommend bad service

Good stay to enjoy the local people at the pub on the first floor. People tended to stay to themselves here and there wasn't much to do around the hostel but other than that it's a great place to stay.

Foi o pior hostel até hoje. Não reserve. Não há tomadas ao lado das camas, você tem que ficar saindo da cama, o ambiente tem um cheiro ruim, o micro-ondas estava imundo e fedido e nos alugaram um adaptador de tomada pra carregar celular que no fim foi uma briga festa para reaver o dinheiro prometido na entrega. Se vai Em Londres, não o recomendo.

The price of the nights stay didn't not reflect what I was given. The place was dirty, full of cobwebs. Furniture was broken and the room was cold. For £52 for one night? It was an absolute rip off

The only good thing about this place was the breakfast.

When I went to this hostel, I didn’t expect a good hostel because it was the cheapest one in the city, however i got more disappointed day by day in the 3 nights i spent there. I checked in on Thursday and they gave me a bed. I left some stuff there and I went to the city centre. When I came back someone had been sleeping in my bed and my stuff was in another bed. He apologised because someone from the staff have given the same bed... The next day I left some stuff and went out, when I came back another guy was sleeping there. I went to talk with the receptionist and he apologized because he’d given me the wrong bed and the housekeeper had put my things not in “lost properties” in a different place... when I went to my new bed, someone was there. I came back to reception and he didn’t know what had happened and just gave me a bed like “choose any”. The next day, on Saturday, i went to talk with the receptionist because i was still missing some stuff and the new guy didn’t know anything about my things. When I told him about the situation he apologised, but he was trying to convince that i was in a wrong bed, not my assigned bed through the system, when he went to the room, there was someone sleeping in my bed... the last day I was so worried to find a new guy in my bed, again. To sum up, I don’t recommend this place. If you think my experience doesn’t have importance, the cleanliness in all the facilities will kick you out. BTW, there is no refund policy.

Stanza fredda, sporca, e male odorante. Servizi inesistenti, bagno in comune, senza riscaldamento, piccolo e senza doccia (solo water e lavandino). Ambiente generale non dei migliori, personale scortese. RIMBORSO MAI ARRIVATO DOPO ESSERE ANDATI VIA SCONTENTI, DUE GIORNI PRIMA DEL CHECK OUT.

Otimos funcionarios, porém estabelicimento horrivel!

Personale molto accogliente, ostello costituito da una sala relax dove si può passare il tempo libero, camere stutturate molto bene, angolo doccia direi quasi perfetto e per finire una squisita colazione ‘’all you can eat’’ al solo costo di 2£

The saff and location are nice but facilities and cleaness are disappointing. People will be fine for choosing this hotel putting importance on only location and fees.

This hostel is inside (above) a pub which gives a nice and relaxed atmosphere. If you just want a place to sleep, a hot shower and maybe a bit more then this is it. You have friendly staffs there at this hostel. It's a good value for the money. I will stay here again when I return to London UK next time.

Even though it's cheap to stay, don't! Very old building, everything is dirty and simply looks gross. There are much better places to stay for the price!!!

My experience was disappointing. Facilities were not good although I had only one night stay so I can't say much about it or I don't need to say much but my experience was not that good. I am sure other people had better experiences there.

Viejo, sucio, colchón muy delgado, manchado. Habitación llena de polvo. y no controlan la higiene de los compañeros de habitación.

I had a great time!! I'd forgotten my phone charger too and was delighted that they were some spare chargers I could borrow while I was there yay love how cheap it was too but I was just a little surprised that you had to go right outside into the Dorm room and that there didnt seem to even be a toilet in there meaning you'd have to go right out in the middle of the night say if you needed the loo ugh glad it wasnt raining!!

Han sido muy amables y esta muy bien para conocer gente de otros paises.

The staff Mike is very good. He helped lot in some best apps to be downloaded for London visit.
