퀸즈 파크 호텔

가족 여행으로 유럽 여러나라를 여행했지만 가본 호텔중에 제일 안좋은 호텔입니다. 카페트는 더럽고 엘리베이터는 좁고 구조도 엉망이라 방을 찾는데도 시간 많이 걸리네요.. 그리고 짐을 맡겼는데 1파운드 내라고 하는 등 대체 뭘 어쩌라고 하는지 모르겠습니다. 출장이든 숙박이든 다시는 투숙하지 않을 예정입니다. (좋은걸 찾으라면 위치하나는 좋네요..)

Good place

This is an excellent hotel, conveniently located near major transit hubs and restaurants. Awesome staff as well. The breakfast buffet was decent for the price and the coffee was delicious!

The room is okay. The location is excellent.

I booked the room via Expedia with a continental breakfast, during the check in the front desk informed me that the reservation was room only. The front desk, also said that my reservation was upgraded to a bigger room due the availability of double rooms. He informed that it was a triple room, with one double and one single bed. He took me to the room, second floor not elevator, they are renovating the hotel so, that area was full of things as work is in progress. The room wasn’t what the front desk said at all! I requested to be changed to my original booking and they offered me a room in the basement, without internet and extremely warm. It was late and we stay in the first room, the pillow was dirty and the people around was so noisy at night. Not a great experience! Definitely, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

It was spot on for all I needed it for. The TV didn't work and the handle looked like it was about to fall off the shower, but other than that it was absolutely spot on for a place to rest your head.

Very small hotel. Comfy bed and quiet. Not clean though and alot of repairs needed

This place gets bad press from people who expect The Ritz! Just returned from a few days away, the location of the hotel is fantastic, a few steps away from Queensway Underground, just over the road from Kengsington Gardens (which we enjoyed a walk around in the morning and grabbed breakfast and a coffee spotting the parrots) the location is brilliant and easy to get to and from any time! Hotel is clean, beds comfortable and staff great. Yes, the place could do with touching up here and there but for a budget friendly hotel in central London you can’t ask for much more! A good little base to rest your head before heading out for a busy day in the city. We will be returning again.

One of the rooms we were in was filthy and the window was constantly being open

The rooms was not close to the description and pictures from booking, it had a wooden/laminate floor that was weathered/peeling, furniture that looked like it was found in a bin, holes/dents on dirty walls, TV did not work, the room was boiling even with the window left open all day, bed should have been thrown away 20 years ago. We got locked out of our room on the 2nd morrning and had to go to reception to get let back in. Dirty coffee cups were not changed after the 1st day. 2nd day the bathroom had a horrible sewage smell. It looked like it had just been thrown together at the last minute. Absolutely awful and would not stay again. We also had to leave a £50 deposit when we check in, don't know what for as there was nothing to break in the room worth any money...

Es waren leider viele Dinge im Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen oder sogar kaputt. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht die Beste, die Lage hingegen direkt am Hydepark war super und die U-Bahn Anbindung ist ebenfalls top

Please don’t book there pay extra money somewhere comfortable and clean I had bad experience dirty hotel, all furniture smells really bad. The beds are really miserable and mattress. Not worth it even £1 if you wanna have a good experience in London don’t book in the hotel please thank you.

Veldig lite rom. Det luktet kloakk på badet og det var skikkelig kalt på badet og ikke noe form for varme

The hotel is cheap for the location in London. The rooms are tiny, far too warm with an extremely uncomfortable mattress. However if you just want somewhere to put your head down at night this will do.

Had to change rooms due to a smell of sewage in the first one second room there is no hot water until I rang reception and they had to do something

It's a horrible experience in my hotel life. Poor staff service No housekeeping No chair and table in the room Door locks broken No cupboard No heating in this cold weather Terible lobby Charge deposit room. Security Which never seen all over the world Y you people entertain these kinds of groups All over it's terrible

En general hotel con buena ubicación excelentes trato y desayuno bufete

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I travel the UK with work and this has to be THE WORST hotel ever.
