퀸즈 파크 호텔

가족 여행으로 유럽 여러나라를 여행했지만 가본 호텔중에 제일 안좋은 호텔입니다. 카페트는 더럽고 엘리베이터는 좁고 구조도 엉망이라 방을 찾는데도 시간 많이 걸리네요.. 그리고 짐을 맡겼는데 1파운드 내라고 하는 등 대체 뭘 어쩌라고 하는지 모르겠습니다. 출장이든 숙박이든 다시는 투숙하지 않을 예정입니다. (좋은걸 찾으라면 위치하나는 좋네요..)

It's a horrible experience in my hotel life. Poor staff service No housekeeping No chair and table in the room Door locks broken No cupboard No heating in this cold weather Terible lobby Charge deposit room. Security Which never seen all over the world Y you people entertain these kinds of groups All over it's terrible

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I travel the UK with work and this has to be THE WORST hotel ever.

It’s good staying in the hotel.

We booked a family room from 14th to 17th Dec 2024. Rooms are extremely small, no place to move. Almost no place for storage; the bathroom is too compact. It is far different than what is shown on the booking sites. It was a total disappointment for us. The only good thing was the staff; they were really helpful and cordial.

Heizung kaputt, bitter kalt. Uns wurden Handtücher angeboten, zum zudecken. Einrichtung kaputt. Dreckig. Das schlimmste was ich je gesehen habe. Mussten woanders unterkommen.

Bien entendu, je tiens à désolidariser votre entreprise de cette affirmation, expedia ayant été fort diligente pour exiger de l’hôtel un rétablissement des conditions normales de séjour. Mais de fait : - Nous avons été victimes d’un comportement frauduleux ; et même dangereux, - Notre séjour a été gâché par ce comportement, nonobstant la régularisation de la situation après moultes démarches auprès de vos services, que je remercie, Je devais séjourner 3 nuits. M’accorder un avantage de 50 euros à utiliser dans vos services est un geste dont je vous sais gré. Obtenir l’octroi d’un petit déjeuner gratuit est un pas. Mais l’hôtel ne doit pas s’en tirer à si bon compte. Sans mon insistance, qui m’a conduit à multiplier les démarches durant la nuit, jusqu’à plus de minuit, la situation ne vous aurait pas permis de responsabiliser l’hôtel. Et je n’ai su que le lendemain en fin de journée qu’une chambre conforme était enfin accordée. Mais je n’ai pas bénéficié d’une chambre adéquate le premier soir, J’ai perdu un temps immense à ne pas profiter de mon séjour, La première nuit a été un calvaire dont je ne me suis pas encore remis à l’heure où je vous écris. L’hôtel doit nous rembourser ce séjour. Et je vais vous rappeler les détail

The room we were provided was in an area of the hotel under maintenance. We requested an alternate room and they accommodated us with no problems

The halls are small and it feels like out of a movie small. Bed was not comfortable since you could feel the springs. Over all very cute and walking distance to paddington station

Room was not at all what was advertised. Seems to be two parts to the hotel but when booking all see the same lovely photos but the reality of the room was terrible. I felt like I was staying in student accommodation. The bed was on wheels & creaked at every move.

The front desk staff were wonderful

Absolutely awful! Bed was on wheels and as soon as you sit on it it wheels off, I am disabled so very dangerous especially for people like me a oven hon over the fridge next to the sink which is also near live plug socks. Non of the plugs had pat tested stickers on. The tv was soo small. The towels smelt awful. Won't be going back and not worth the £140 a night

Was great fir being close to shops and the tube friendly staff would stay again , i liked it buy otherss didnt i guess its hard to please sime people but i enjoyed my stay

Very basic but we paid basic price. It was clean with comfortable beds. It had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great too. Excellent value for money

There was a warm welcome from Reception staff on arrival and checking-in was simple. The room was well-fitted with a comfortable bed and clean linen. The en-suite shower was clean and everything worked. The hotel overall is well maintained and kept to a high standard.

I booked this hotel because Expedia said it had air conditioning. Air conditioners and televisions did not work in several rooms I was offered. When I confronted staff about the air conditioning, the response was: "we don't guarantee that they work."

Great base for my short trip Good facilites and good value It was very hot in my room and the AC was not very effective this is my only complaint
