인생 최악 호텔이였어요. 샤워부스가 꽉 막혀있었고 매일 방이 계속 정말 대충 치워져있고, 먼지가 계속 날아다니고 물도 굉징히 찝찝한게 씻어도 계속 미끌거려요. 런던 수질이 이런가 보다 했는데 다른호텔 왔는데 아니네요. 정말 인생 최악의 호텔..

friendly staff all good

For people visiting London as a business trip, with not so lot of document work, this is a great hotel. Without your own laptop, you can use two computers next to the elevators. A Printer seems not working but receptionists could print your work via their e-mail. There is a performance- they called it a comedy show- on the ground floor on a regular basis and you can't access the business area (a wood desk accommodates 4 people) while they prepare the show, because receptionists are busy to move heavy chairs. However, location outweighs some disadvantages of being in this hotel. Not only that, hotels adjacent to Radisson Blu appears to seriously old. This hotel has eco friendly policy, thus if you need a new slippers, you should ask for it. I could accept they don't have a coffee maker but they should buy a new pot or clean inside thoroughly.

일단 주변 관광지들이랑 접근성이 너무 좋았구요 안전해서 동네 산책하는 기분으로 다닐 수 있어서 다들 만족도가 높으네요 침구도 깨끗하고 메트리스가 생각외로 편안해서 모두 숙면을 취했답니다 그외 부대시설들이 다 구비되어 있어서 다림질도할 수 있어 세탁비도 굳었지요 다시 런던방문하게 된다면 꼭 예약하고 싶다는 모두의 의견을 전해드립니다

입지는 좋았습니다. 소호 근처라 걸어서 돌아다닐수 있는 지역입니다 하룻밤에 56만원을 지불하긴 하였으나 시설이 5성급은 아니었던것 같습니다

Great location, clean and quiet with lovely breakfast but only 1 pillow and an uncomfy mattress so didn't get a great night's sleep. Would still come again for location though.

The room at the back of the hotel fans could be heard allnight which made it difficult to get to sleep

Reception excellent.

Room was bad and preferences never acknowledged. Moved to a room that literally smelled foul. They moved me to a third room. Breakfast good with nice service. Housekeeping did a good job. Front desk clueless - like it's everyone's first day - and that included front desk managers (including the woman who didn't seem to care if the room she put me in smeeled foul). Manager was good. There is another Radisson Blu across the street and that one isn't as fancy - but I have stayed there and I'd suggest people save money and go there - just as good if not better!

Our family room for 4 (it specifically said for 4 on the booking) was a double room with a single camp bed in front of the wardrobe (so it couldn't be opened properly) in the corridor to and in front of the bathroom for my 17 year old son! When we spoke to the staff on reception, they were initially quite abrasive saying this is a family suite. It was only when the manager overheard, that the staff seemed to change. The manager was so helpful and organised an additional room for my son next door which was seemed to solve the issue. That same night, we were woken by the people in the room next door with a large group making loads of noise. I tried to call reception but the phone in the room didn't work. I went to my son's room to call and tried approx 4 times but nobody answered. In the end, I had to go downstairs to reception and complain that about the phone not working and then not being answered and then the noise. The staff member apologised and said he would go and speak to the room, which he did. 5 people came out. In the morning, my son was very tired because his toilet had been continually flushing throughout the night. Our tap was continually dripping through the night too. Rooms are awful - we paid over £400 per room per night. We couldn't face another night so left a day early & have not been refunded for the final night despite leaving. Some staff (esp manager) are very helpful, some are rude. The restaurant and the food are good but the rooms are awful.

Lovely staff and gorgeous hotel

Overall , the stay was good. We prepaid for the breakfast, and it was excellent. Lots of choices from full English to continental. Fresh fruit, decent coffee, good service. My only complaint is with check in. The young woman had a very strong accent, her English language was not great and the amount of times I had to repeat myself tells me she also didn’t have a good command of English comprehension. She should not have been a front desk person….

I've already submitted my feedback for this hotel stay, it was very disappointing and I would not stay there again.

Checkin wasnt very pleasure. He did not share any info, breakfast, time, main rules or the things… just nothing. Mainly stay was okay, air conditioning was making noise and had to turn off. The room windows was blurry ones cant open so much, i did not enjoy the room…

Suramayer was amazing host on the front desk as was the duty manager Noodu ? Just amazingly supportive and gave us the best experience from check In to check out

We came at noon. Unfortunately hotel manager have forgotten to introduce the trainee working at the hotel reception. He spoke so quietly that it was hard to understand what she was saying and she had forgotten how to smile. This was not very welcoming. When we came to pick up our key later, the regular hotel staff were very helpful and we felt welcome. A nice surprise was the wine service in the lobby. Our room was a normal, small London hotel room. The view was of the wall of the next house, so it was like being in a windowless room. Although we got a disabled room (which we didn't need), the room had some exciting solutions, such as a specially placed toilet seat. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and a special thank you for the porridge service. Although there was room for improvement, I can warmly recommend the hotel. Excellent location and nice staff.

Unfortunately the room did not feel like a premium room. The room was at the back of the building above the kitchen extraction fans and there was noise from these constantly. Some of the room/bathroom looked rather tired and could do with a paint job. We enquired the room standard and were told it was a premium due to the size of the bed (I’m afraid that alone doesn’t make a room premium) and were asked how many nights we were staying for to then be told they were fully booked, indicating that a move was not possible. Shouting from the room across the corridor late at night but staff did appear to respond to this. Location was good for us with a short walk to main areas. Overall pretty average for a not very average price.
