래디슨 블루 호텔, 런던 카나리 워프 이스트

We stayed at this hotel for the first time, we had a really great experience. The room was incredible, looked out onto the Thames from every window. The bath in front of the window was a nice surprise. The room was clean and well presented and the bed was comfortable. We left the curtains open and woke to a beautiful sunrise. Breakfast was really good, quiet, well stocked and the food was perfect. Will definitely return.

The Barman was careless, talking rudely as if he was annoyed to prepare a drink . It was disappointing. It spoiled my stay.

Nice hotel in a peaceful neighbourhood, overlooking O2 arena. Room was nice , breakfast was okay. We chose Radisson Blu due to being close to O2 arena. Canary Wharf mall and good dining options. Once you have figured out how to get to Canary wharf station (12 -15 mins walk from hotel) , it gets easy.

Radisson Blu is a very nice hotel, I didn’t get to use the amenities like the bar and restaurant, but I enjoyed my room very much and will stay there again when I am in London next time.

The bed was not properly cleaned. Dusty under the mattress, cotton tip left there as well + old skin and a lot of dust.... :-/

Beautiful room and en-suite. Very clean and comfortable.

Reception staff, and night porters were very polite and nice. Bar, waiting and kitchen staff let the whole establishment down. Breakfast had stale hash browns ( never thought this was possible) and mushrooms were not even cleaned before cooking. The Scoff and Banter Restaurant has beautiful view of the dock, however not allowed to have drinks or dessert in this area as it was a hassle for the bar manager to clear the table of cutlery etc. Would understand if the restaurant was busy but only 1 table of 2 people eating at the time. Waiting staff wore unkempt uniforms, and generally did not want to be there. I quickly realised that Scoff related to the attitude of the bar/restaurant staff and not eating of the food. IMO this section of the hotel needs a complete overhaul.

Lovely, clean, comfortable, great friendly staff. Quiet. Shower was incredible . If I came back to area would definitely rebook!

It’s in a beautiful location, everything feels luxurious and exciting! The staff of the Front were very helpful and helped us get a taxi to the O2. I like the grounds outside overlooking the water had to take some selfies :-)

Really lovely place to stay, staff were so helpful from helping with travel as well as giving ideas for activities. Room was beautiful, the bed was really spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. Great place to stay for concerts at the O2, I will definitely be back!

Reception staff were not friendly or helpful with information for first time visitors. I had to ask where the lifts were to the room and dinner which should have been provided. They failed to mention before booking that customers that need to park have to pay £30 per night. Most hotels have free parking for customers. They also failed to mention the timings for breakfast, etc where I had to ask.

Great hotel, 10mins from Canary Wharf. Friendly staff and really good breakfast. Ideal location for visiting the O2 arena.

Room we stayed needs a bit of a refurbishment also there was no tea or sugar in the room we had to ask at reception. Staff were very welcoming as always and always ready to help

Great experience

Great views and amazing check in staff. Unfortunately bar staff/ restaurant in morning not so great service, had to wait 10 mins at the bar to order drinks in a pretty much empty bar. And long queue in morning for breakfast awaiting staff to seat guests in a not very busy restaurant. Cleanliness could be improved in bathroom, stains and other areas appears not adequately cleaned. Also not used to twin rooms being two single beds rather than queens or doubles.
