It was difficult to stop by the hotel in a car, but once I had been dropped off and went in, the hotel the staff could not have been more helpful personally showing me to the underground car park. Dinner was fine for my husband, but I had to settle for just chips, as the menu was heavy on spicy choices, but the chips were some of the best I had ever eaten and the staff were very accommodating in getting me a roll to eat with them. Breakfast was good plenty of choices and hot. Would define stay there again.

Parking nearby was an NCP car park which is now shut. On site parking was treacherous at best, underground car parking with very narrow entrance made worse by scaffolding. I’ve never experienced such a badly designed car park it’s almost impossible to enter and when leaving the shutters came down due to the time it was taking me to get out of the car every few inches to check the distance from the walls.
I’ll not be returning.

Very helpful staff, nice size room and disable toilet tastefully decorated and appeared to be a very popular place to stay. It right in the heart of Leicester which is great downside is it I could hear all the partying from my second floor room.
Oh there is no parking I think the ncp car park has closed I used the nearby Highcross for parking overnight I was charged £6.50 (bargain). Also very confusing check-in time I’m sure it was advertised as being 2:00pm but the confirmation e- mail I received said 3:00pm

部屋は清潔で、エアコンもしっかり効いて快適に過ごせた。シャワーの水圧も十分で浴室、トイレ、洗面台の排水も問題なかった。シャワー後の浴室の蒸気を換気するための換気扇のスイッチが見当たらないので換気が作動しているのかどうかよく分からなかった。隣の部屋との壁が薄いせいなのか隣の部屋の音が聞こえるのが欠点だった。全般的には快適なホテルだったが防音については改善が必要と思った。

Gave me a room which had roadworks going on at 8.00 am. I checked in at 1.00 am to be able to sleep in until atleast 10, but noise of the roadwork started from 8.00 am. Ended up having a headache instead of getting a proper sleep.

Just felt unclean, whire stains on sofa bed, with cigarette burns, mattress on sofa bed was a sheet of springs, not suitable to sleep on. Constant damp/unhygienic smell in bathroom, hairdryer not working. Very very noisy from outside.
