런던여행의 편안함을 준 호텔이었습니다

레지던스형이라 공간은 넓었지만 전반적으로 청결함이 덜했고 매일 청소해주시면서 수건을 빼놓을때가 많았어요. 세탁시설 편했고 엘리베이터는 2대밖에 없어서 불편했어요. 그거빼고는 4박하는동안 편히 쉬다 갑니다.

Very pleased with the facilities and the location. Easy walk to Rail stations and Bus service conveniently located. Tesco was great for food shopping. Loved the area. Wife wants to return.

Very nice hotel that was very clean and in a beautiful area, but the air conditioning was broken and London was having a heat wave! Hot hot !!

アールズコート駅までは10分程度歩く。若干上り坂なのでスーツケースがあると少し辛い。深夜早朝ならばN9路線のバス停が徒歩圏内にあるので、ヒースロー空港まで乗り換えなしで行ける。スーパーマーケットが隣にあるので便利。キッチンには一通りの器具が揃っており、掃除も行き届いていたので部屋での調理も可能。地下にランドリーがあり無料で使えるのは有難い。小さいながらジムもある。 エレベーターが2基しかなく、時間帯に関わらず混んでいる。ランドリーに行く為に10分かかった。仕事など時間が決まっている場合は、余裕を持って部屋を出る事をお勧めする。

Das Residence Inn bietet ein wohnliches Ambiente und die Belegschaft ist bestrebt, den Gästen eine tollen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Leider findet man in unmittelbarer Umgebung wenige Restaurants. Mit einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man in 15 Minuten am Earl's Court, welcher mit verschiedenen Lokalen, Geschäften und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten Abhilfe bietet. Auf Grund der nahgelegenen Baustelle und Einkaufszentrum war es bis in die Abendstunden sehr laut.

The room, especially the bathroom was not clean. Toothpaste marks on the sink. There was still cutlery in the dish washer. The walls are paper thin and kept getting woke up by the noise of others. The location is excellent for attending at the Olympia. The kitchenette in the room is fully equipped but just the dishes were not clean.

As a regular guest, I want to thank you for consistently providing a wonderful experience. The room was fantastic, and the breakfast as excellent as always. I truly appreciate the high quality of service you maintain. That said, I’d like to share one concern from my recent stay. The hotel was, as usual, fully booked — which is a good sign! — but it did feel quite crowded at times. Waiting for the elevator was the most challenging part of the experience. Staying on a high floor became uncomfortable, especially given the recent earthquake in Turkey, which left me feeling uneasy. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms to move to a lower floor, though your staff handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. Next time I’m in London, I will absolutely stay with you again — but I will definitely request a room on a lower floor, where I’d feel safer and could use the stairs if needed. Thank you again for your hospitality.

The hotel was in a good location. Clean. The breakfast was good. Washer and dryer option very good.

Room was lovely, but it was like an oven. Air con was rubbish and fan in room very loud, so very little sleep. The Nespresso coffee machine had a 2 prong European plug which made no sense and which meant I couldn't avail of the nice coffee in the morning. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful.

Les couloirs sont bruyants les portes de chambres égalements. Ces 2 éléments entraînent un inconfort pour la nuit car le lit est juste à côté du mur du couloir.

Nice room size and naturally brightness, but table is not big enough to put on things. Cleanness can be improve in room.

My experience was amazing. The rooms are spacious and the location is very convenient . Breakfast options were also good. Arsha helped us with an early checkin and provided a room with a great view, thanks for that.

First the good...We stayed there for 8 nights. Every person that works there were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. My daughter slept on the pull out couch. The free breakfast was great. Fresh fruit, bread, and pastries every day. The coffee maker made whatever you liked....espresso, cappuccino, etc. The hot food was better than most hotels. The location was great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the tube. There is no in-house restaurant, but the Italian place across the street delivered for free. It was decent for the couple of nights we were dead tired from our day. Now for the not so good...Breakfast was a mob scene every morning. A wait for a table took a half hour at times. That being said, the staff were amazing at keeping everything orderly and stocked. The elevators are the worst. They have a mind of their own. They even have a sign in them, saying how slow they are. It got to be comical by the end of our stay. We often hiked the five floors to avoid the wait. The bed in the room instead of being against the window was against the hallway wall (which seemed to be about one inch thick), and the noise from guests moving (often kids running)about and talking loudly, woke us up multiple times a night. Overall. the good outweighed the bad by quite a bit. American hotels could use a lesson from the fabulous staff at this hotel. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to my friends.

Die Unterkunft war gut. Allerdings beim Frühstück wurde man regelrecht bedrängt. Der Abräumer stand praktisch neben einen und kaum war der letzte Bissen herunter wurde der Teller weggezogen. Man fühlte sich bedrängt.
