로우즈 호텔

화장실이 너무 좁고 저는 1층을 원했는데 4층 제일 윗층을 배정 해 줘서 체크아웃할때 짐을 가지고 내려오는데 힘들었습니다. 그리고 방에 배치되어있는 물품도 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 커피포트 및 컵등이 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 위치는 패딩턴역과 하이드파크 근처라 다른 지역 관광시에 이동하기 편리합니다.

일단 hotels.com에 나와 있는 호텔이 아닌 2, 3분 걸어가는 다른 건물로 인도했습니다. 방이 너무 좁아 캐리어를 펼쳐놓으니 발 디딜 틈이 없더군요. 샤워실은 몸을 움직이기도 어려울 만큼 좁았습니다. 원래 호텔 식당은 공사중이라고 랩에 쌓인 빵쪼가리, 치즈 몇장, 햄 몇장 을 아침이라고 놓아두었더군요. 어처구니가 없었습니다. 말도 나오지 않구요... The worst thing was that the hotel was not the one presented in hotels.com. A staff guided me to the other building around 2 or 3 minutes on foot. The room was surprisingly small. Can you believe that you cannot open your suite case because the room does not have enough space? The worse place is the shower room. Simply you cannot turn around due to its tiny width. The restaurant of the hotel for breakfast was under renovation. Instead, amazing breakfast for me was prepared in the refrigerator: two lumps of morning bread, a couple of ham and cheese slices and apple all lapped with vinyl film. The first night of my London stay was ruined like that...

우선 단점으로는 조식이 비닐랩에 쌓여있는 빵쪼가리..그 외에 서비스와 디테일은 전혀없음..장점으로는 침대가 편하고 카운터 직원이 친절했으며, 패딩턴역과 가깝고 하이드 파크와도 가까워서 좋았음..

Warm welcoming, best location to go to airport and shopping. Old but clean and convenient room. Lovely breakfast.

Location is good to travel London. But service was not so kind.

Nice hotel! Really enjoyed my room.

Dated, and didn’t expect to check in at reception, then have to walk round the corner to another street to get into the room. Also don’t believe it was sufficiently clear that it would be a shared bathroom room.

Location wise, very handy for Paddington Station & Tube connections. Room was fine - Double Deluxe - for 3 night stay.

静かで過ごせてすごく良かったけど、エレベーターなく最上階はきつかった。シャワーとトイレの動線がかなり狭いのは覚悟した方がいいでしょう。

We ordered a room with backyard view and ac. The room didn’t have neither of them - not a view nor working ac. Moreover, throughout the whole stay, beds were not made and towels were not replaced. When we mentioned it to the reception, in our second night, he said that they have nothing to do with that. Very disappointing.

Rooms and the hotel over all is in bad shape. It works if you are not picky, but considering the price its not worth it. Staff was nice and welcoming.

I enjoyed my stay this June 2025 (10th-12th). I had a front facing single room on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and I appreciated the wood flooring. I had no problems with noise from adjoining rooms, I heard only muffled sounds. Staff were very professional and polite, they up held my requests. This is a basic hotel, as highlighted on the website, it was however, clean, room facilities good, it included a fridge. It is central to tourist sites, lovely to stroll to Hyde park. I would stay again.
