Great location for sporting events & access to West Bridge. There was plenty of parking & the room was immaculately clean- a little warm, so very grateful for the room fan. Only downside for me is the inevitable traffic noise, which is audible with the windows shut but is not loud enough to disturb sleep.

The property itself is ok, but it’s in a very busy and noisy location opposite a 24/7 McDonalds. Note the kitchen facilities are communal, I had thought there was a kitchenette facility in the suite I had booked. It’s ok, but we payed a very high price for two nights which wasn’t great value as our expectation was for more of a self catering suite being in Nottingham for a competitive sporting event.

Clean rooms value for money. The only thing I would say if you struggle with the stairs or are elderly asked for a ground floor room. I would also say is they need to fit a handrail from the entrance so older people can get down the two steps.

Perfect fpr my requirements. Nice clean, good kitchen facilities. It s on the main road so you can hear traffic.

Email sent day before which was stressful Car park full and at 9pm difficult to look for alternative car park space at that time.in the rain! Very noisy when window opened but room so hot that window had to be opened. You can hear other occupants. Bedding felt plastic and we did seat in it Nevwr again

Being an older couple, it was ideal to have a ground floor room. The fan in the room, during a very hot spell, was a God send. Our room was very clean.

Perfect location for both Trent bridge cricket ground and football stadium. Tea and coffee facilities in the room rather than using the communal kitchen. Plenty of parking spaces too.

The facility is great with a nice large community kitchen. We cleaned up after ourselves, but not all residents did. Other than the shower being a tad claustrophobic, this was an awesome stay.

Es gibt keine Rezeption, daher muss man vorab ein Foto des Reisepasses per Mail schicken und die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Dann bekommt man per Mail den Zugangscode für Außen- & Zimmertüre. Wenn man das überliest ( wie ich) und niemand erreichbar ist telefonisch von der Hotelverwaltung, hat man ein Problem .... Dieser Umstand könnte von hotels.com besser kommunizert werden ! Wir hatten ein mini DZ im 2. Stock mit vielen sehr steilen Stufen, zwei Koffer hochschleppen unmöglich (kein Aufzug). Zimmer sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen, Bett bequem aber klein, Bad & Dusche winzig. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Postitiv: Parkplätze ausreichend kostenlos. In 5min. Laufnähe zahlreiche Restaurants. Wer keine Ansprüche hat, kann hier gut übernachten.

Caught a cold from the fan in the room and it was boiling during the day

Stayed in Unit 1 which was by the entry and I heard everyone coming and going. Young people having a party unfortunately upstairs which was unpleasant. Random kid wanted me to let him in as he’s tracked his mate to the property. Everything else is fine but just too noisy.

Zero ventilation from a letterbox window that could not open and a dehumidifier that has to run 24/7 and the entire room and bathroom smelt damp and lack of air.

Plain and simple and very good value for money, just what we look for.
