Excellent over night trip for work, originally booked for 1 night but enjoyed it so much stayed a second! Locals lovely and friendly, staff are helpful and welcoming. Rooms are basic but ideal For an overnight work trip or for the football near by, there is NO parking, its a side road of if you’re lucky you may get in the tiny courtyard at the side of the hotel. Local shop next door and a takeaway for the nights they dont do food. Will stay again 100%

What a mistake, book this hotel without checking feedback - it’s not in a very good location and the rooms, stairs and hallway are not very clean. We didn’t even stay - book a different hotel in Brighton

It was okay for what we needed but not worth the £110 charge. The room was very small, just enough space to walk around the bed. Paint work was patchy and most of it was quite shabby. Reception was a little desk with a sign on and free water (that was good but it wasn’t chilled). The bathroom was modern but only one of us got a hot shower. It was cold quickly. It didn’t look like a hotel. More a converted building with tiny rooms. Not close to anything useful and was £15 in a taxi to the seafront but we didn’t book for that so it was okay. Would value it more worth around £60 a night

The bathroom was clean, the toilet was flushed properly by previous occupant. The sheet on the bed was like it was a turn down from the previous occupant. The was red stain on the sheets. We had to sleep on top of the duvet covers and cover ourselves with our jacket. No a great experience for the price

The room was pretty tiny, and the traffic on the street below was loud. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and carried my suitcase for me. There is only one restaurant nearby that was pretty lousy. Otherwise, I had to walk at least 20 minutes to get to other restaurants in either direction. It is very close to a very lovely park for walking and relaxing (Stanmer Park). I guess it was ok for the price.

Parking is quite difficult. I parked on the property as i was staying there and the security parked there car infront of mine to block me in.Stupid action as i wasn't going untill the next day,it made me laugh a little...(muppet).After we sorted the parking it was ok.i would stay again...All the staff are very friendly..8/10
