방을 제일 꼭대기 방을 줬는데 마치 다락방 느낌이여서 너무 실망했어요...방에 개미가 너무많아서 뿌리는약을 받아 한참을 뿌려서 없앴고 아침식사는 별도로 사먹었는데 너무 비쌌습니다.좀더 좋은방을 받았다면 만족도가 훨씬 높아졌을것같아요. 그리고 커피포트없어요.욕조도 없었구요...

San Domenico staff provided the best, most detailed service we have experienced for the cost. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved the rooftop area looking over Chelsea. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved staying here. Arriving at the hotel was easy and checking in was smooth. San Domenico House is right in the center of Chelsea and makes it easy to get around London since there's a bus stop a short distance away. Sloane Square Station is also nearby in case you need to take the tube anywhere. Overall, the area is quiet and safe, and has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby but not close enough that there's noticeable noise. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again on our next trip back!

Uns hat ein Frühstücksbüffet gefehlt , nur Continental Frühstück am Tisch serviert,alle Extras wie zb eine Scheibe Käse , Ei usw hätte man teuer dazubuchen können…. Haben mehr erwartet

Very convenient to all Chelsea locations - tube, restaurants, King's Road shops - all walkable; lovely well appointed boutique hotel; welcoming and friendly staff

What a lovely little boutique hotel. If you can, a balcony room with roll top bath is a must. Room was immaculate with some nice touches and lovely toiletries. Front of house couldn’t have been any more helpful. Slight downside was the out of service lift which got our steps up to the rooftop terrace but worth it for the view. Fab location, 3 mins walk from Sloane Square and 25 mins from Battersea Power Station. Will definitely return.

The best location easy access to bars, restaurants, shopping and all the places. Nice room and friendly staff. We will stay here again thank you :)

Tolles Boutique-Hotel in sehr guter Lage in Chelsea. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön.

Great hotel and very convenient

Beautiful room, refined service and great location

We were quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The property feels very dated and in need of renovation. Our room was entirely red—walls, curtains, furniture—all in red velvet, which created an overwhelming and uncomfortable atmosphere. It didn’t feel relaxing or pleasant. The bathroom was also below expectations. There was no separate shower—only a shower inside a small bathtub, which made it inconvenient. The bathroom itself was quite cramped, and the towels were very worn out and far from the quality you’d expect at a five-star hotel. We also found the service lacking. The staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive, which only added to our overall dissatisfaction. The hotel feels more like an old townhouse than a luxury hotel. Noise insulation is very poor—you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and even footsteps from the rooms above. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and high-end experiences
