Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel

Very clean, spacious room. The staff were lovely and the food was good too. 2 for £15 on cocktails before 6:30 helped the night go along smoothly!

A good fifteen minute ride from LGW in a private car, no shuttle bus, needs some modernisation. A bit disappointing for a Sandman

La struttura è moderna, pulita e accogliente. Le camere spaziose e pulite e complete di tutto il necessario. L'hotel dispone che di un ristorante e di un pub. Noi non li abbiamo provati ma erano frequentati penso anche da persone esterne all'hotel e quindi credo la qualità sia buona. Ci sono anche palestra e piscina che noi non abbiamo provato. Da considerare, prima di prenotare, il costo del treno dall'hotel a Londra che non è esiguo. Ma forse prenotando per tempo costano un pochino meno. La fermata del bus per raggiungere l'aeroporto e la stazione a 5 min di camminata dall'hotel La posizione purtroppo non è comodissima. E' vicino all'aeroporto ma non ci sono strade pedonali sicure per raggiungere l'hotel dalla fermata del bus (che è molto vicina e permette di raggiungere con facilità la stazione dei treni per arrivare nella parte centrale di Londra).

Good was good and easy access into Gatwick airport

Conveniently placed, ideal for traveler's. Very clean and staff were quite good Bar Food and Breakfast was good but overpriced drinks and only 1 on bar doing assorts, although this could be to being a Christmas party going on, so I’d give them the benifit Would defiantly stay again

There were piles of litter (wine and beer bottles, take away packets, cigarette buts) by the entrance doors. Receptionist (male) was surly and very unwelcoming. I booked a taxi with him for 6.30pm and he booked it for 6.30am meaning we got a call from reception the following morning at 6.30 when we were still asleep. Breakfast was luke warm, eggs overcooked and service very poor. Our table was cleared whilst we were still using it! Overall would definitely NOT recommend the Sandman Gatwick (Three Bridges)

Totally ruined by the awful Wi-Fi Why does this happen in a 4 star hotel in 2024!?? I stayed four days / 3 nights used my own cellular network allowance on the iPads and phones, as TVs are Smart TVs and connected to Wi-Fi, but it’s not even suitable for them to work, constant pixelated screen! Reception didn’t want to know, they sent maintenance, they said reception issue, was a fighting battle. This was my third and last stay here due to the Wi-Fi, Oh and maybe appalling bar opening hours 16:00 - 19:00 hrs! And this is where you could connect to the Wi-Fi!!!! Also the bathroom door didn’t have cosmetic fixtures covering the lock/latch and took a chunk out of my finger!!!

Very nice greeting on arrival, host recommended breakfast which was appreciated. Very nice staff.

The service in the restaurant was below average and the food was poor. The burger was burnt and the bun was cold. The fries were not quality many hard chipped bits. They wanted tips of twelve and a half percent for such poor ssrvice. There was also no internet at all last night after numerous tries very poor for a 4 start hotel.more like 3 star if that. They offered nothing as a compensation just sorry not good enough.
