Simply the best hotel in London

Really cool hotel with an amazing location. Great fun to walk along the Thames. Near the train. Walkable to the Globe Theatre which we really enjoyed. The bar has a cool vibe and great bites to eat.

Yes breakfast was good

Great location for art museums and galleries. Loved having the Thames walking path at our doorstep!

Excellent breakfast buffet

Very good hotel. The room was clean, all the staff were friendly, particularly the doormen who offered to carry our suitcases, wished us good mornings and opened the doors promptly, as well as being genuinely interested in us as people. The 12th knot rooftop bar was very good too, great views across the Thames. Only criticism is the cost of the minibar and any snacks in the room, would recommend bringing your own. Also an option to opt out of housekeeping for the stay and receive credit to use in the bars or restaurants which was good. Great location as well, very close to Blackfriars train station and Waterloo, as well as right across the bridge from St Paul’s and a short distance from the London eye, Big Ben and other tourist attractions. Many restaurants nearby as well, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Also option to put room key within the Apple wallet. Would recommend and stay again.

Concierge services should add shopping luggage and items for guests who need to leave things behind or send this home ahead of departure. This would be a huge help!

The sea container offered the best location, with five-star service. The bellmen are exceptional. The front desk and room service are delicious. I want to be in the heart of everything, enjoying a modern and vacation-like vibe. Book here

We have stayed in a number of different hotels across London over the last 15 years, whether for work, a weekend away as a couple or a full family trip. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at for what we need. The location is perfect for getting to pretty much every major sight, being so close to Blackfriars and Southwark makes it incredibly easy to get about, but we were actually able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms were amazing quality and size - as a family of 6 we booked a double double (an interconnecting set of rooms, one with two double beds and one with a king bed). We had ample space, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great and the staff were incredibly helpful. The only negative was that we waited 25mins on our first evening to get a drink, but the bar staff were busy catering for a wedding so we’ll give them the benefit of doubt. Overall a great stay and we will be returning.

Hotel was fantastic! My only negative is the vegetarian options for the cooked breakfast were poor- the vegetarian sausages tasted awful and no veggie bacon option.

Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location.
