Great welcome - including a coffee and biscuits. Everything explained really well. A lovely location for the view and for walking into town and the harbour area.

Nothing could make my stay any better. The situation and the views are to die for and each room has a sea view. Parking in the marina car park is a bonus and it is so close. The owners were very caring and couldn’t have done any more for me. I thoroughly recommend this guest house.

Claire and Chris are wonderful hosts and I can't fault the B and B, so many thanks to them and hope to return later in the year. Location good and the sea view was superb. The little extras in the room were lovely, and the fridge with fresh milk was a winner! Breakfast had everything you could wish for, although I only eat toast! The owners were overlord and the food was excellent.

A very nice, comfortable, friendly and well run guest house. We had a double bed room with a great view over the marina and bay area. Easy access to the harbour area, shops, pubs etc. Very good freshly cooked breakfast, with a good choice of cereals, yoghurt etc. Highly recommend for a stay of any length. Free parking, at a nearby (150yds) using a permit that you pick up from guest house before parking (you can drop off luggage outside house, before parking)

During our Thursday night visit in April 2026, Claire and Chris created an immediate sense of ease, welcoming us with tea and friendly conversation about New Zealand. Practical touches stood out, particularly the convenient free parking at the nearby marina and the ability to unload outside — a real bonus in Brixham’s steep, narrow streets. The room, though compact, was cosy and thoughtfully arranged, with a very comfortable bed and a peaceful atmosphere despite the central location. The shower was excellent — warm and powerful — perfect after time spent by the sea. Breakfast was a highlight, clearly prepared with care and experience. Well-cooked and beautifully presented, it elevated the stay beyond expectations. Just a five-minute walk from the harbour, the guest house strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquillity. Visiting in April meant fewer crowds and sunny spring weather, adding to the relaxed charm. Overall, Sea Tang is a standout choice for a coastal escape, offering comfort, thoughtful details and exceptional value — a place we would happily return to.

The position of the B&B we could not have asked for more overlooking the harbour fantastic and at night with the lights on the walkways very helpful couple nothing was to much trouble breakfast good room great would go back again highly recommended

One of the best B&B’s we’ve visited. Chris & Claire are charming & most welcoming. The room was spotless, with some lovely little added touches to make life more convenient. A small fridge with daily fresh milk, a couple of wine glasses with bottle opener. A super breakfast cooked freshly to order.

I was on the top/3rd floor and had fantastic views of the harbour. Note no lift/elevator and 12 steps walkup to front door. Parking is just up the street and cost included in room fee.

This is a wonderful place to stay. A traditional BandB but completely refurbished. For example really strong water pressure even on top floor. Just perfect.

A lovely, relaxing stay. Claire and Chris made us so welcome. The information they provided prior to our stay was excellent. The room was great; clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. A lovely full english breakfast and free parking close to the premises. We will definitely stay there again.

Chris and Claire were wonderful. Their place has a beautiful view overlooking Brixham harbor. They remodeled the house to a very good standard. It is clean with comfortable beds and good linens. And the full English breakfast was outstanding!

The perfect B&B. Spotlessly clean, well located, simple and convenient parking, delicious and varied breakfasts, quiet and comfortable. Claire is a kind and thoughtful host who is a mine of useful information, and Chris is an excellent chef. Highly recommended.

The owners, Chris & Claire, were lovely people and the guest house is like a 'home from home' with a superb breakfast and a great location overlooking the marina. An added bonus was the free permit for the nearby mult-storey car park. Handy for the SW coast path and Berry Head
