The stay was short and ok. Just one nite, while waiting to ravel back to Oslo. I found it difficult to get information about the location for the hotel, especially which terminal it was close too. That is something you should look into, to make it more clear for travelers.

The staff were wonderful. The hotel is nicer inside than outside. But like all European lodging it simply does not meet the US standards. There is no free airport shuttle. The dining is nice, but expensive and portions are laughably small. These are relatively minor things, but they add up to becoming annoying.

What we didn’t like was the slow check in and no porter for luggage .

Decent hotel near Heathrow airport. Breakfast buffet was really good. On site restaurant was good. Not great, but good. Bar on site has food available although we didn't eat there. Drinks seemed a little pricey.... But then again, it is in the greater London area.

A Sheraton stay is always perfect. The rooms are always impeccable. And the staff are first class. Thats why we return time after time. The Sheraton at Colnbrook is our favourite. We love staying here and wouldnt consider anywhere else.

The stay was good, the 350 public bus allowed us to get to the Elisabeth line easily.
Kimod and all of his staff in the morning breakfast were friendly and helped with the breakfast needs.
