The room was so soft, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a shame that there was no cord next to the bed, but the bathroom was clean and it was easy to catch a taxi.

Perfect overnight stop before flying never stop anywhere else. Breakfast very filling £16 day before or £21 on day. Deluxe rooms are the best lots of room. Staff are all great.

I thought I was going back in time, the corridors looked outdated, and old, but the room was nice bright and modern. And the breakfast was really good and tasty

The stay was nice. The room is abuy older but well maitained. The bathroom needed some repair to the wooden bathtub panels and the back of the bathroom door was either dirty or needed a coat of paint. The hotel services were nice as well as the front desk and restaurant staff. I would stay at yhe hotel again. I stayed in room 2017.

Bed was incredible, water pressure was great, bedroom very tired and needs refurbished.
Aircon very poor with no control and room was far too hot.
The Sports Bar and Reception staff were first class!

As a customer that had a disability, we ordered a room with a walk in shower 6 weeks before the day. On arrival I was told there were none left! The sports bar menu was very limited and pricey! The room looked dated.

Only bus 423 getting there, about 8 stops to British airways terminal, 15 min. Runs every 15-30min, and 1 credit card for 1 ticket, for family with 4 adults 2 children, 4 credits are needed. The driver was rude. The bus from the hotel to airport is on the other side of street divided by fences. One needs to walk around the light, can be 10min with luggage. strong recommmend to stay in a hotel nearby with free shuttle. Everything else is perfect.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location from Heathrow airport; however, even though website says free airport shuttle they do not have one. You must Uber if you don’t have access to a vehicle. Room was clean with an available safe in closet. No refrigerator, but a wine type cooler. Large bathroom and spacious bedroom area.

Staff member behind counter by himself, spent more time answering the phone whilst checking us. What should've been a 2 min job took 10 mins!
Family room was poor. Room 1029. The aircon control had no cover so was totally unsafe to use with a potential for being electrocuted. Did report it to front desk but nothing was done about it.
The towels stank of damp as they were still slightly wet!
Reported the concerns on check out but the asian gentleman behind the counter seemed dismissive.
All in all a poor experience, one which I do not intend to repeat as I will never be staying here again!!

Although just an overnight to get an early flight from Heathrow. Only 1 lift was working in reception.. The bathroom door was dirty and did not shut. Too tired to complain
