Great apartment, central location. Key collection was easy too

Nice appartment, large Livingroom and two fairly big bedrooms. Nice and clean. Convenient with key pick up just a couple of blocks away. No problem to share the appartment with a colleague.

Code not sent prior to collecting keys, our son had to phone on our behalf.

The booking was made approximately 6 months in advance. We were required to change appartments midway yhrough our stay and were told it was due to renovations. However noted that new travellers moved into that apartment. We were inconvenienced and lied to and when we tried to raise concerns the fenale we dealt with was highly rude. Don't stay here!

Nice apartment in a great location

Love the flat we stayed at but the check-in process was inconvenient and directions were unclear. I had to phone customer service and ask them to call the hotel to send me directions

& 4 kids. Lovely 2 bed apartment on the 2nd floor. Apartment is very nice, quiet, clean, big enough for 6 of us, with secure access in a nice area. The living/dining/kitchen area is more spacious than the pictures suggest & well equipped. Bed no. 3, a sofa bed, was also in this space. The sofa was perfectly suitable as a sofa, but was not fit for purpose as a bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable as the springs could be felt protruding. See photo. We took turns to sleep on the sofa bed so nobody would have to endure more than a night on it. We placed an extra quilt on top of the mattress, but this made little difference. It definitely needs to be replaced. We collected the keys and good directions/info in Camden as directed. The staff we meet there were very nice & helpful. I had an issue with the 40GBP cleaning fee we had to pay on check in, as the hotel.com add stated the price shown included all taxes & fees. This fee was highlighted on the website before I confirmed my booking, but I failed to note this. It was not stated on the info details on the website. It did state that there is an additional fee for extra bed if needed. It said cleaning is provided, but not that there would be a fee. I contacted hotels.com and they informed me that the fee is additional & mandatory as highlighted on my confirmation of booking. I really don't mind paying a cleaning fee, but I felt the add should not say that all taxes & fees are included. False advert

The flat is quite nice. The location is not convenient. Area has moderate amenities but very far from anything touristy. Check in process very difficult if you have a family.

Great location, 3 nice sized double bedrooms and a short walk from the tube station. Fantastic.

Pick up of keys is confusing. We travelled all the way to get keys, only to be redirected another 20 mins to the apartment. Apartment elevator was not working so we had to go up 3 floors with all our luggage. Apartment was lovely but HOT! Thank God we were not there in the heat of summer. We could not have stayed there. It was uncomfortably hot in the apartment with only fans, and blinding bright with only light blinds on the windows.

Terrible key collection process and the tv hardly ever worked

WHEN MAKING A BOOKING FOR THIS PARTICULAR SITE, SUGGEST YOU READ ALL THE SMALL PRINTS FIRST. WHEN YOU LOG ON THE SITE, ONE WOULD ASSUME THE PHOTOS YOU ARE LOOKING AT REFLECTS THE LOCATION YOU HAVE BOOKED............WRONG! WE WERE ONLY INFORMED OF THE REPLACEMENT APARTMENT AROUND THE CORNER CIRCA 5 MINS AWAY AT CHECK IN. OH AND BY THE WAY, CHECK IN IS LOCATED IN CAMDEN TOWN. OVERALL THIS HELPS NOBODY AND A GREAT INCONVIENCE. LOCATION WAS GOOD. NO CLEANER UNLESS YOU PAY EXTRA NO WARDROBE SPACE. BEDROOM DOORS DO NOT CLOSE DUE TO THE BEDS.BENING TOO LARGE. BATHROOMS ARE TIRED AND NEEDS UPDATING. TOO MUCH LIGHT INTO THE BEDROOMS WHEN EITHER THE KITCHEN OR BATHROOM LIGHTS ARE ON.
