Enjoyable stay with friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room.

It's a great location. Quiet, but near the shops and seafront. Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Not a big room, but what you'd expect for a period property like this. The place itself is very stylish and well decorated.

Lovely room and such warm staff that make you feel at home and taken care of. Only thing is that there is no lift and it can be a bit of a treck to get all the way up to the top floor using the narrow staircase! Otherwise very cosy and lovely stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms well presented and clean. Excellent choice of breakfast menu, served well presented and some different options to chose from. The only downside to this property is the parking as it does not have its own spaces and parking in Brighton is not easy due to all the new road changes taking place. The hotel is situated on a quiet square with a public garden. Just a short walk to the beach and town amenities.

Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The hotel is just a short walk to the seafront. We had a wonderful weekend stay and would stay again.

Wonderful small hotel in Kemptown. Beautifully presented. Spacious room with side sea view. Separate bath as well shower. Good selection at breakfast. Cocktails in fridge along with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Very short walk to beach, a bit further into the centre of Brighton. Highly recommend

The staff were very welcoming, but the hotel is not equipped for the hot weather. Room 8, was tiny, right at the top of the building, no aircon. The shower head was blocked and a little faulty, there were light bulbs not working. For the price paid, I would have expected a much better experience. I asked about aircon, and the cited it being a historic building - but there are aircon solutions that don’t require external condensers!

Great boutique hotel and great service. We were provided with an upgrade. The fron desk staff/host was wonderful. Unfirtinatley, i fprgot his name. He was very attentive and pleasant. They are lucky to have him.

It was our first time in this hotel and we were so delighted with everything. The team is lovely and made us feel home by offering us a complimentary drink when checking-in. The rooms were big, quiet and very well cleaned. Beds are so comfy!! We also had breakfast, which was so delicious and incredible value for money. I actually wanted to stay another night, a bit sad we had to leave.

Amazing Hotel, room was just beautiful clean tidy, great decor. Maddie and Nauris were just such lovely people nothing was too much trouble. We will be coming back soon. Many thanks

Great location, a 5 minute walk from the pier and beach front and a 10 minute walk from the lanes and town centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. James looked after my wife and I superbly he was more than kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with a great menu, the dining room is very modern and set up well on the ground floor. When you check in you are not stood at a reception, you are greeted with a warm welcome and invited into a comfortable sitting room and offered complimentary refreshment while you are checked in and then shown to your room. There is a small bar, again very well furnished with comfortable seating and tables to relax before heading out and about or going back to your room. The room itself was small but arranged well with a comfortable double bed and very modern, the en-suite was neatly placed behind a pocket sliding mirrored door allowing for more space,the bathroom itself is very clean and modern with fresh towels and complementary shampoo/shower gel etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. This hotel added a great experience to a fantastic weekend trip away to Brighton.

Second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back. Staff is friendly, hotel is lovely and dog friendly. They provided food bowls and towels for our dog.

Fabulous one night stay. Terrace room was beautifully decorated, very quirky and was lacking nothing. Miriam on the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and the breakfast was delicious

We loved our stay here, it's a beautiful boutique hotel with sea views, extremely comfortable and quiet, a short walk from all the action and the seafront. Absolutely recommend and will stay here again, the staff were friendly, warm and accommodating
