세인트 크리스토퍼스 인, 캠든 - 호스텔

호스텔이라 크게 기대하지 않았는데도 실망했습니다 이용하기 불편할 정도로 더러운 건 아니지만 깨끗하지 않아요 이불은 매일 갈아주는거 아니고 요청 해야 갈아주는건지 확인은 안해봐서 모르겠네요. 하여튼 나갈 때 까지 갈아준적 없었어요 샤워실 더러워요 먼지와 물때 ㅋ.. 시설도 낡아서 더 더러워 보이는건지 모르겠음 지하 공용공간 냄새 장난 아니에여 몸에 곰팡이 필것 같음 시끄러운거 싫어하시는 분 비추입니다. 1층이 펍이라 주말에는 라이브도 하구요 새벽에 취객 들임지 하여튼 고성방가 하는 애들이 지나다녀서 잠 못잘수도 있아요 장점 - 위치가 나쁘지 않다, 해가 잘 들어서 습기가 없다, 환기가 잘 됨, 1층 펍에서 맥주 할인가로 먹을 수 있음.

10인실이였음에도 객실내에 화장실과 욕실이 있어서 편리했습니다. 1층이 PUB 이기 때문에 사람들과 친분 쌓기에도 좋습니다.

전반적으로 모듀 A+ 하지만 1층에 펍이 있어서 저녁에 소란 스러움 일찍자거나 숙면을 취하고 싶다면 비추 친구들과 놀거나 사람들과 친해지고 싶다면 강추

The bed was comfortable and the hostel is in a very accessible location, about a 15-minute walk from both the train and tube stations. The surrounding area has plenty of food options and bars. Contrary to some reviews I read, it was not too noisy during my stay. The bathroom, however, was extremely small — I struggled to shower properly due to the lack of space, and I am only 5'9". The bar area was a nice place to relax, and guests receive discounts there. The room was very hot, with only one fan for the entire room, placed on the floor. On the positive side, the toilets were clean. Overall, it offers good value for money despite a few comfort issues.

Thanks so much - ladies room always a great place to stay. See you in Sept when i'm working in the area again.

Value for money

The room was so freaking hot, no air (even with an open window), stuffy, and there is no air con. I think a proper air system is a basic need and should be a standard in any type of accommodation, including hostels (especially hostels considering many people share the same space). I booked the bed for 5 nights, stayed only 1 as it was unbearable.

The Property Was Beautiful And Easy to Access. The Beds were very Neat. I loved My Stay I Will Definately Visit again and Refer Friends and Family.

My booking disappeared from the system, as claimed by the staff. As a result, I was assigned to a very noisy room, which made it difficult for me to sleep. On my second night, I was supposed to stay in a female-only room, but I was only given a mixed room, so I didn’t sleep there. The place has the potential to be a nice option for sleeping, but it really depends on the staff. My experience varied from horrible to just okay. 😟

So the property was okay for its price and the cleanliness was okay but that was a situation with the night reception black man that left me super uneasy. So he was super rude towards me and the person that was with me from the beginning of the interaction. So i tried to go in a bit late at night and the main door was locked so I decided to get his atenttion by knocking on the door which he then procced to come towards, with a very arrogant and aggressive manner! After I tried to let my friend that was just taking me home use the toilet he almost threw my friend out physically! So rude towards something so easy to explain specially when I tod him I didnt know! I understand maybe I should of asked but why so much attitude from the beginning? This person needs to learn manners! Like be friendly and nice! Its embarassing like can you not communicate? Absolutely crazy but thats what you get from staying at cheap places! Thats not a way to treat someone regardless of situation! Even after my friend left he continued with the same attitude towards me! Btw theres no lift so you have to carry your stuff upstairs.

Price

Convenient location, nice staff, clean bathrooms. Pros end there, the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had in a long time - heating on 24/7 the rooms are so incredibly stuffy I felt like I couldn’t breathe icl. Minimal ventilation, Plug sockets janky - only one worked and had to go plug my stuff in the opposite side of room. Guess you get what you pay for but would not stay again.
