아침식사는 훌륭하지는 않지만 부족함이 없었습니다.또한 부엌이 있는 호텔이라 스스로 식사를 준비해서 먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 주변에 상점이 많고 막스앤 스펜서와 같은 훌륭한 슈퍼들이 있어서 좋은 품질의 식자재를 살수 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 주변의 상점. 레스토랑. 기차역.코치역등이 가까이 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 일요일 ~수요일 저녁에는 social evening이 있어서 맥주 와인 치즈 포도 휴머스 야채 커피 쥬스 등을 무료로 맘껏 이용하는 시간도 있습니다. 다음번에 와도 저는 이 호텰을 이용할것입니다.

Very good location, great breakfast, good service

the location is fantastic, staffs are kind.I had an attached room at the first. but it was a bit noisy, I could hear another room. I asked to reception to having my own room. and they were willing to help. after then I satisfied my room a bit small but enough for short stay

Room was absolutely lovely, with lots of space, a good kitchen, and a comfortable and large bed. Accessible via direct walk from New Street station, the location is also close to the major tourist attractions. Staffs were friendly, and check-in/check-out processes were quick too. Would be a great place to stay for a longer period of time, but also could be a good reward to yourself for one or two nights if your long-term traveling gets tired.

Very nice place to stay ,amazing breakfast , social events , our second time in this property ,and we will continue to book this place for future vacation

Great location in centre of Birmingham. Very good value with breakfast included. Room had a super comfy bed and was quiet with excellent in room facilities if you needed them. The air conditioning worked well and was great for me, as it wasn't too noisy. Highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here a few times and have never has a problem what so ever. Staff and friendly and very helpful. Rooms are nice, clean, big and have every you need. Location is very good and in walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

Highly recommend this hotel, staff were so friendly throughout the hotel and the rooms were spacious and spotless. Great location, minutes from the train station and in the heart of the city centre. Great breakfasts too!

The hotel was located in the heart of the city and convenient for us to visit the various locations on our itinerary. The entrance to the hotel was somewhat understated but once inside through to reception everything was as we were expecting.

Had a great stay, no problems. Only suggestion would be to give an extra towel in the room. Front desk staff were great snd breakfast was fantastic but the scrambled egg was always super salty so please tell the chef to use less salt! Otherwise perfect stay!
