The location is just perfect! Lydia was en excellent guide! Gave us all the tips to go around Liverpool! The hotel is nice, modern, has 27/7 restaurant (pizza and small things) bar also.
Rooms are spacious and with all the amenities! And more has fridge, dishwasher, kitchen utensils!

Clean and tidy and easy to check in and out of. Great part of town as well. Walking distance for all Beatles and Matthew Street.

Property was great, clean and the staff were amazing. Had an issue with uber eats, the staff were helpful and friendly in sorting.

새 건물인지 전체적으로 시설이 깨끗했고 위치가 좋았어요.
또 요리를 할수있어 편리했어요
다만 바닥청소가 아쉬웠고 엘리베이터 하나가 고장나 체크아웃시 복잡했던점 빼고는 전체적으로 가성비 좋았습니다~

Friendly welcome and helpful local tips for coffee and pastry from concierge desk. Room was clean and ready upon arrival. General appearance of hotel was clean and modern. Parking was close, and cheaper than private alternatives. Property is central and easy to navigate to / from without difficulty.

The hotel is located at a convenient spot near the pier. It is walkable distance to Liverpool one, about 10 mins of walking. It is also convenient to bus station terminal 4 for bus 26 to Liverpool stadium. The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly and informational.

Location was perfect and studio apartment was cosy and clean with everything we needed. Nice to have a Nespresso machine too ! Have already booked for next year.

Unfortunately the rooms windows were broken open & cold night. The fridge had old milk left in it and because of emergency at airport, we were forced to rebook a 2nd night at triple cost. Not recommending this place to anyone I actually like.

We booked into property for one day, due to unforeseen events @ airport; one day became two days. Our stay was terrible Our Windows broken- open- cold night, old milk in fridge, had a up charge to replenish free coffee pods. Not a good place- give it zero out of ten stars.

When I arrived I found my room had a damaged window. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant, sorted out a change of room for me without any hesitation and took great personal care to ensure I was happy. The definition of great customer service!
