Loved clean hotel & very helpful staff all within walking distance of things to do

Absolutely fantastic attitude from all the staff , the room was great and the breakfast fabulous , i would definitely rate my stay 5/5 and would recommend

Cleaniness was excellent, room was nice small but did not expect anything less, breakfast was fab and service was excellent, liked the idea of ordering the breakfast for the weekend but options made if you wanted to change anything. Would defo book again .

The address was a lovely bnb it was clean and the breakfast was first class we had a lovely four days the room was clean

Good hotel, really lovely breakfast, clean and comfy rooms. Its a bit of a walk into bpool but not too bad. The guy who owns it is not a fan of hotels.com/expedia. We got there and saw there was 1 parking space left, and had read onkine its free parking. So we parked up, that was a big mistake. He came out and ranted for a good 20 minutes that parking is not free. Unless you book direct. He said i hadnt told them i had a car (i had filled the online booking form in that they themselves emailed to me and it asks for registration, so i 100% did.) There was a sign in the window stating parking is £6 per day, we agreed to pay it but he kept demanding to see where we had been told parking is free. Even after i gently explained we were happy to pay the fee he still kept asking to see my confirmation email and where it said it was free. When we were looking for somewhere to stay i had mainly been using trivago, but had found this Iv read so many reviews saying the owners were lovely, we got none of that. Overall its a lovely place, and maybe he was just having a bad day, but i wouldnt stay here again.

It was amazing and fun with my family. The hotel was very neat and tidy. The people were lovely and welcoming. I will definitely come back again.

Very nice room comfortable beds very clean breakfast excellent nothing to much trouble our granddaughter was well received and we felt at home

Nowhere on hotels.com or on the hotel's website did it say that we had to check in by a certain time. We arrived at 8.30pm due to traffic and were made to feel like a complete inconvenience. From the minute we arrived these hosts looked down on us, warning us to be quiet (we'd only been there 10 mins at this point and hadn't even made a sound!) and they got quite mean about the parking charges that we weren't expecting. What's even weirder is that they were polite to other guests so I'm thinking maybe they took a dislike to us as a same sex couple or maybe some other reason. We're not a couple as it happens, we are cousins! All in all disappointing and nothing like previous reviews.

I was highly delighted with my room and it was spotlessly clean the breakfast was fantastic with plenty off choice and the owners where so helpful and friendly the property is in a excellent position for everything I will definitely recommend and I would certainly book again next year

Had a short weekend away. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good plenty of choice, including pancakes for the kids. 5 mins walk to the promenade.tower etc. Would certainly stay again.
