The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner.

The rooms need to be better cleaned and maintained as chair legs wobbled.

Ive been staying at this property for 4 weeks and would be thankful if there could be any free days as a reward for spending so much money at the accomidation as a reward for being a good customar

No TV nor shower gel in bathroom Curtains looked as had been slashed with a knife

This hotel is like a half way house for people leaving prison. Or a place for immigrants! It's the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. I had to phone reception about the noise. Nothing was done so then I had to go down to reception in my pj's to complain. My granddaughter was so scared as it sounded like people were trying to get into our room. Then just as we were nodding off the fire alarm went off because people were smoking in their room. It was dirty with stains on the furniture. I wouldn't put a dog in it. Extremely unhappy. We had a really early flight to catch so I booked a hotel so we didn't have to get up at 1am but we would of had more sleep at home. Never ever again!!!!!!

Basic budget hotel. Breakfast very average. I would give it a miss. Heating on timer so was quite chilly at times.

Windows were streaming with condensation on the inside, running damp down the wall. Room was comfortable although cold even with the heating on, but there were extra covers and pillows available. On check in no information was given re: room location or breakfast, literally just given a key. So I asked, as I assumed this information would be given as a matter of introduction. The lift was out of order and the room was on the third floor. Difficult for other guests with young children. There was only one member of staff serving breakfast and manning the reception, so had to go between the two, leaving guests frustrated and the breakfast cold. A help yourself breakfast but no information given until told by the one staff member. For parking is free if you look towards streets two blocks away. Overall cheap for bed and breakfast.

Reception smells of poo.. Girl on reception filthy dirty and has no idea at all of customer greeting etc .. The whole place need a wash and clean including the receptionist ..

I and my wife hardly slept because it was very cold in our room. There was no heating. Also, the passages smelt of tobacco.

Dirty toilet, general delapidation of the establishment, oh yes, and the mold in the room.

Dated hotel. Room smelled like an ashtray and was very dusty. Even the TV didn't work.

When I checked in the first question I asked was is the room heating working? The receptionist checked it and confirmed that it was. The next morning my room was freezing and despite several representations to various staff this was not rectified for the length of my stay(4 days). Eventually, I had to request a large duvet to keep warm!! Secondly, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, nor for the whole of my stay. Thirdly upon checking out, I had to throw my key onto the chair at reception as no-one was manning the desk.

Lovely staff, easy to get to from Manchester airport. There's a M&S right next door.

Below ordinary hotel. The guy at reception at night was no friendly.

Nice Welcoming Staff, Clean rooms, easy parking. Hotel just a little tired in need of updating

Great for a place to sleep, but a very basic hotel. The pillows on the bed was thin, and the room was a little tatty. But we needed a quick last minute hotel and this was the only place in the area not fully booked.
