Needs to have background music playing in dining room.

Clean room, free parking and friendly staff.

Cheap stopover close to the beach. Attentive staff and good location, off road parking a bonus as was on motorbike. Other residents had stayed a few times going by conversations at breakfast. Decent breakfast with decent coffee. What more could you ask for!

Excellent all round. Such a lovely helpful, warm welcome on arrival and every morning at breakfast, which was delicious. Room was lovely, spacious enough for two and really quiet. 2 min walk to beachfront, 5 min walk to town. Will definitely be going back.

Ideal location for everything, shops public transport and the sea front all very close. Pleasant staff, nice bed and shower and happy to stay again.

Had no complaints about the site the food the location or the owners. All were very good.

Rite near the beach and town yet not noisy. Clean and tidy room easy to find and free parking and wifi. Family that own and run it were amazing so friendly chatty. Had lovely cup of tea and chat wiv them the morning we left. Defo come again. Infact we booked again for aug already

Very clean and quiet hotel right in the centre, room was clean and shower was hot, nice full english breakfast, friendly staff, I recommend this hotel for a nice quiet clean stay

We loved every minute of our stay at Berry Hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. Hotel was clean and fresh. A variety of cereals were available as well as a full English breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Smelly with curtains hanging from rail paper falling from wall no handle on the window mouldy shower head it was just not loved at all and very mouldy smelling won’t be staying again

I had a really lovely stay. I had a very spacious and comfortable room with en suite shower room. Breakfast was included which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beachfront.

The hosts were the most welcoming and couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was made to perfection. Room was clean and big and didn't hear any noise from other guests. Would definitely stay here agai
