직원들이 매우 친절했고, 모든 질문에 친근하게 응대해줘서 고마웠다. 덕분에 숙박하는 내내 내 집에 있는 것 같은 편안함을 느꼈다.

I booked a stay at the Captain Cook Hotel as I was having surgery at Charing Cross Hospital which is a 15-minute walk away. I was warmly welcomed by the manager. The room was clean, airy and well-decorated, matching the description. I dined in the restaurant downstairs where the staff and food were excellent. The hotel is an ideal location for the hospital Hammersmith and other parts of London. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in London.

Perfect for a good value room for the night. Staff were great, the pub downstairs was really nice and chilled. The room was ideal, comfortable and clean.

Firstly: the pub is a very nice one. There is a spanish vibe and saturday's special octopus ink paëlla is an unforgettable experience! The rooms, on the second floor are spacious, clean and comfy. The bed is big snd comfortable. There is a desk and a chair, a suitcase support, two bedside tables and though it has a hanger on swivel, that is about it for sorting clothes. My choice was for the room with a private bathroom situated OUTSIDE the room. And yes, it wasn't the best choice. But that bathroom wasn't that far, was very clean and quite roomy. We NEVER hear any noises from the pub, throught the floor or the windows (it closes at 23h, so the night is peaceful). Everyone was super nice with us. The bartenders,servers and staff were very gelpful and full of enthusiasm. The owner and/or manager was of spanish origin, she possibly influenced the spanish menu and certainly had something to do with that awesome and very unique paëlla. We would go back there anytime, though we might decide to pay a but more ta have the in-room bathroom.

Excellent sized room, lovely comfortable bed with great quality linen and pillows. Comfortable chairs and plenty of hangers. Larger mugs would be nicer and better window covers as the ‘blackout blinds’ leak light around the edges, which woke us between 4-5am. Quiet area and no problems with any noise from the pub.

Really friendly staff, lovely clean room

Located about halfway between central London and Heathrow. This seemed a good location especially for the price. The only thing that I would prefer is to have round-the-clock live person reception, but that usually costs more. The restaurant downstairs was nice.

It was very clean and a lovely room! The staff were friendly, our meal was excellent in the bar downstairs! Downside the sash windows although lovely rattled all night with the wind! Also the final stairs to our room had no hand rail so a bit dicey coming down with bags! But a lovely place!

Nice and spacious room above a stylish, renovated pub. Friendly staff and buses, bicycles and underground nearby. The spanish style menu in the pub is bit overpriced compared to the many options around. The pub closes before midnight so no worries about noise in the night, it’s very quiet.

We got to check in early, the bar is right below the hotel. The staff is gracious and helpful! The king size bed was plush and there are flowerbeds at the window, and a large TV. Great price for a great stay! HIGHLY recommend!

Have stayed here before , lovely rooms above the pub. Was in room one which was huge. Kettle and tea / coffee. The only thing I would say is it was noisy at night (Saturday ) I think from the pub opposite, so I had to shut the window but it is in London so would expect that. Good bus routes nearby. Got a good value deal and it ended up the same price as Travelodge but much much better. Thank you.

great place and good value BUT info on hotels.com not correct ref check in time and we had a dinner to get ready for so bit of stress whilst our rooms were prepared. Info said 3pm we arrived at 4 but 1 or 2 rooms still not ready... otherwise an excellent stay

Our room was over 30° and you should not expect people to try and sleep in that room we got no sleep, and I will never be referring this hotel again

Une chambre propre, refaite à neuf avec un plateau avec du thé et un port USB bien utiles.... Par contre, nous avons eu froid car il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre, ni la salle de bains alors qu'il y en avait dans le couloir...dommage....

Personalet i baren var super søde og hjælpsomme. Værelset havde en fin størrelse, og rengøring var god. Den eneste klage jeg har er at håndklæde varmeren på badeværelset var brændende varm. Vi var lige ved at brænde os på den flere gange. Men ellers et rigtig godt sted og kommer gerne igen

Off the beaten path, fun neighborhood location with nice restaurants nearby. Closest tube station is 10 minute walk but lots of buses to convenient locations just steps away. Pub food was great and staff were super helpful and very friendly. Room was large and bright with comfortable bed but extremely tiny bathroom.

Visited the breakfast restaurant they recommended 5 minutes up the road. Very nice.
