Very nice hotel, and good value for money. Room was large, bright, very comfortable and clean. Food was good, and service excellent (although my colleague was asked to pay extra at breakfast for a decaf. cappuccino, which I thought was a bit stingy). My only complaint was the noise and vibration from the night club, that went on through the early hours of the morning.

Friendly hotel with a quirky ski-lodge type layout. The three storey fish tank never disappoints. Some really nice food, and just a warm and welcoming environment.

Room was large, clean and plenty of space. Wardrobes and fittings looking a bit tired.

Our room was spacious and had all amenities we could have wanted. The bed was comfortable and lovely thick curtains that blocked out all light. It was clean and no signs of neglect. Beautiful fish tanks in the centre of the hotel. Reception staff were professional but could have been a little friendlier and more welcoming. The bar was very noisy as it was a Saturday night. I’m not sure if there’s a quieter bar anywhere to enjoy a relaxing night cap. Breakfast was extremely busy and we had to join a queue of guests waiting for tables to be free. I could see empty tables but were told they’d been booked. We hadn’t been given an option to book a breakfast table so requested they release some of them to prevent people having to take their breakfast into the reception area. Thankfully they did this and we were able to sit in the dining room. There was a queue for food but the serving platters were filled regularly with fresh, hot food. Milk and juices had run out but on request were refilled quickly. All in all, a comfy nights sleep other than noisy guests returning to their rooms. It was convenient to the location where we’d enjoyed a birthday celebration. I don’t think we’d go there for a weekend break though unless we were much younger and wanted the ‘party scene’

Convenient location to Heathrow airport and clean, spacious rooms

Return visit to this hotel and as before nice room, good service and food and EV charging.

It was superb and I thank all the staff involved on arrival staff were cheerful and polite when entering the rooms very impressed we had dinner and a snack in the restaurant and the food was excellent along with the service I come to the PGA every year with my wife and family and it could not have been better A big thank you and see you next year

Rooms and Pool are very tired - bar and reception much newer and more recently done.

Ladies at the reception were amazing

We stayed in a family suite at Coppid beech and it was very spacious, with a separate room with a King-sized bed. The aquarium feature was lovely to see. We had an issue with the shower and the receptionist dealt with it professionally. We were given the double room beside our room, so we could use the shower whilst the shower in our room was being repaired. One star down for the noise from an annual dance event in the hotel, thankfully it stopped around 1am or 2am. There was a lovely balcony attached to our suite but unfortunately, it was dirty, so we couldn't sit out there. The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms could do with some improvement. Breakfast was lovely but there was a very long queue on our final day. We still had all options available at Breakfast despite the number of guests that morning. Free parking was a bonus, as most hotels now annoyingly charge for parking.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, clean and with lots of amenities. The staff could do with being a bit warmer. They were polite enough but no warmth
