Room was lovely, bathroom clean and the bed was comfortable

Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Bed was really comfortable tho pillows were a bit soft for me, but that's a personal preference and I didn't ask for a change. We managed to park outside hotel on the street, so no issues there. Only a five minute walk into town centre. Great location, geat hotel. Thank you 😊

Lovely welcome when we arrived, beautiful room. Super clean. Best bed we’ve ever slept in, had a wonderful nights sleep. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

A very good location & excellent comfort

Asked about early check in, some could enjoy the full day, or at least drop our bags off, no reply. No one available when we arrived, just a note with phone numbers to ring. One number they’d provided didn’t even work and there was no answer on the other number. I left a message about dropping the bags off but never got a call back. When we did call back later in the evening we felt like we’d done something wrong by ringing the bell for attention. Again, no one there at check out so just had to leave the key on the reception.

Effortless comfort, speedy and easy check in, fabulous room super close to everything the town has to offer. Highly recommended

There was no breakfast. No bar service as such. Mattress too soft. Pillows were down and too soft. Awful smell of drains in en-suite. Tiniest shower cubicle ever. Nicely decorated property. No one there at check-out. more like an air bnb that a hotel.

Room was wonderful, window with fresh air was so appreciated as we were both recovering from being sick while traveling. Monica welcomed us with an efficient and informative check-in and shared parking details and recommended we visit the Turkish Baths, so we did! Great location about a 10 minute walk from most things. All in all, a lovely visit, and wishing Monica and co-owner all good things. If we pass through Harrogate again, there is only one place we will stay!

There were lots of nice little touches - like coffee bags not instant, decaf options, bottled water every day and not just arrival day, quality toilet paper, soft towels…. Plus it was a very confortable room.

Hi, my wife tripped on the slope between the stairs landing, just before the top floor. You really should either correct the slope or make it move visibly apparent, an accident waiting to happen. Apart from this small comment made out of courtesy, all was great, thanks, Danny

Cleanliness. Comfy room

This is a straightforward hotel in a nice quiet street a short walk from the centre of town. We could park close to the building both days we were there. On the day we arrived the manager took care of us nicely, as we were rather early.

Very small guest house, not hotel. No service, no breakfast, no information about last check in at 22.00. Very small room, spring soft materace bery uncomfortable, tiny , dated shower, you can hear every step of people coming downstairs. Definitely not *****. Close to conference centre. Wouldn’t stay again.
