Great property, well maintained with, great staff who could not be more helpful. Only area of potential improvement was to have access to staff outside the 9-5 timeframe, for an upper level boutique hotel would expect some access 24/7.

Was slighty disappointed that the evening meal menu was limited. Would of also been nice to know you had to book the swimming pool for a half hour slot. Saw nothing on that on the website. Lockers in changing roo. Could do with amd update and maybe some mats on the floor coming out of the shower, was worried about slipping on the floor. But the service was good and friendly. Lovy touches in the room like a free cookie and complementary drinks. Love the furniture old stuff re vamped into tables and useful objects. Do think it is a bit overpriced for the rooms. But would stay again.

Lovely hotel in a fab location. Biggest Plus room was beautifully finished. Restaurant food was very good. The biggest asset of this hotel is its staff, super helpful and friendly.

Lovely welcome from Keith on arrival, who looked after us in a very kind efficient way. Great dog friendly hotel near fab walks, pubs etc Only downside was our room was very warm even with both windows open.

Another really good stay at The Harper. First class service from all the staff where nothing was too much trouble. Private use of the pool works really well and they have clearly thought about everything. The food options are very good and breakfast is excellent. Parking is also ample which is not always the case in North Norfolk and takes the stress out of the holiday especially if you are traveling with children.

Wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary. Staff friendly and attentive, lovely room, nice little extras. Robes so soft and comfy! Food was amazing.

Lovely hotel and excellent parking. Food options were very good and could be taken in various areas (bar, restaurant or room) Staff all very friendly and we really liked the pool which could be reserved for exclusive use. Will be back

Cleanliness was good, but pool very cold and half an hour in pool not long enough especially if want to enjoy hot tub and steam room too. Menus had limited choice for both evening and lunch / snacks in bar area. Fish undercooked and not very hot on our evening mel. No bath or any toiletries available. Ice machine available but not working.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel and spa were great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful small hotel with courtyard garden, spa & pool (which we didn’t make use of as the weather was stunning and we wanted to explore the area) the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful with booking taxis to local restaurants etc.

Staff very nice. Good decor, good breakfast, good location, comfortable.

Friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble they were very accommodating, lovely well kept hotel with plenty of character. We had the beef tenderloin in the restaurant and it was sublime, lots of nice lounging areas and a beautiful little courtyard area as well. We enjoyed the complimentary private use of the spa and opted to have back massages which was so relaxing. Overall experience was 10/10

This place is truly amazing. From the minute we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The hotel is beautifully appointed with some very eclectic touches of funriture and decoration. The staff deliver superb service. They even made a big fuss of Dizzi our Staffy. The food was amazing. I'de definitely recommend the venison. We will definitely be back and soon.

Fabulous from start to finish, a truly unique from design and decor, to the scent they chose for their reed diffusers. Everything was just gorgeous. We highly recommend booking a spot in the leisure facilities, swimming pool, and sauna etc. Sadly the steam room was out of action, but the jacuzzi was fab. The spa treatments are not to be missed, robes and flip flops are provided in your room, plenty of big fluffy towels and lockers available in the changing rooms though. The food in Ivy's was delicious, as was breakfast the next morning. Our only minor complaint is that the hotel and rooms are VERY hot, so if you run hot you will want your aircon on/ the windows open, but it's minor. 10/10 for the bed comfort though - great nights sleep, we'll be back!

Stunning hotel and facilities with wonderful staff! Really enjoyed that you really don’t need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to, the den and snug great additions. Sauna/pool/hot tub and spa also lovely and enjoy that you can book these privately (although appreciate some people may want more than 30 mins a day). Food great and also very generous free drinks/snacks in the room! Only negative was the wine dispenser out of action in the snug which was a shame but really not a criticism as that’s me being very picky as the hotel is such a high standard!! Will gladly come again!!

Visited the Harper for my anniversary and found the whole experience very enjoyable. The room was large and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating & the amenities and cleansiness of the hotel were both of a high standard. I would recommend if you are considering.

Very dissatisfied as booked to use spa facilities only to find we could only use by appointment
