Terrible: During my stay, a nearby guest talked all night (till 5am) on the phone or video conference, with no regards to time nor other guests. Sadly, I couldn't work out which room she was in, so couldn't ask her to keep quiet. Okay, not entirely the hotel's fault, except that this should be made very clear to the guests on arrival and bold letters on booking confirmation or terms. Also a phone no. provided for out of ours issues.
General lack of noise insulation & creaky floors.
Minor issue, no decaf coffee !

Excellent location for Crawley, Horley and Gatwick airport. Immaculately clean and well maintained. The whole hotel has clearly recently been refurbished to very good and modern standard.

Fatal, reservé el mismo día de la reserva y ellos tenían que enviar un código para entrar a la casa ya q tenían horario hasta las 9;30pm en la recepción y mi vuelo llegaba hasta 11pm y no lo enviaron hasta el día siguiente a las 2pm. Muy mala la comunicación del chat todas las respuestas son automáticas, pésimo servicio y tuve que dormir en el aeropuerto!!!

Lovely room, very comfortable bed. Sadly the pillows were stained.
The toilet ring was a little stained underneath.
It would be nice to have a lampshade rather than a sad looking light bob hanging from the ceiling.
Sound proof not very good. Overall, I would stay again as very convient for an early morning trip to the airport.

We stayed at The Lawn before our flight from Gatwick and what a great place it is.
So convenient, very quiet and exceptionally well maintained and run.
